Abstract
Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0, potensi peningkatan laju timbulan sampah elektronik juga terjadi. Salah satunya yaitu timbulan sampah elektronik rumah tangga. Sampah elektronik merupakan jenis sampah yang tergolong dalam limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3). Selain itu, laju timbulan sampah elektronik rumah tangga juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan masyarakat yang ada. Oleh karena itu diperlukan data jumlah timbulan beserta jenis sampah elektronik rumah tangga yang dihasilkan untuk menentukan pengelolaan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan laju timbulan dan jenis sampah elektronik rumah tangga serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya di Kecamatan Pancoran.Kajian yang dilakukan mempertimbangkan aspek teknis dan aspek partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah elektronik rumah tangga. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis dan kuantitas sampah elektronik rumah tangga yang didasarkan atas kategori jenis-jenis sampah elektronik menurut Directive of EU. Selain itu, pengelolaan sampah elektronik rumah tangga oleh penghasil dibatasi hanya pada perlakuan paska pakai yaitu penyimpanan, penjualan, dan pembuangan. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan Rumus Slovin. Responden tersebar secara proporsional di 6 Kelurahan di Kecamatan Pancoran yang memiliki akses untuk mengisi kuesioner melalui google form. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik sederhana dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan kurva. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata laju timbulan sampah elektronik rumah tangga di Kecamatan Pancoran adalah 3,04 kg/orang.tahun. Total jenis sampah elektronik rumah tangga yang dihasilkan adalah 1415 unit dengan jumlah timbulan yaitu 1458,93 kg/tahun. Kemudian 466 unit atau sebanyak 559,94 kg/tahun sampah elektronik rumah tangga yang dihasilkan disimpan oleh masyarakat. 278 unit atau sebanyak 700,21 kg/tahun sampah elektronik rumah tangga yang dihasilkan dijual oleh masyarakat. Kemudian 31 unit atau sebanyak 37,61 kg/tahun sampah didonasikan oleh masyarakat dan 640 unit atau sebanyak 161,18 kg/tahun sampah dibuang oleh masyarakat. Selanjutnya strategi pengembangan yang sesuai untuk sistem pengelolaan sampah elektronik eksisting adalah strategi WO dengan memanfaatkan peluang untuk meminimalisasi faktor kelemahan pada kondisi pengelolaan sampah elektronik eksisting.

Technological development in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. occurs along with the potential of an increase in the generation rate of electronic waste. The generation of household electronic waste is one of them. The generation rate of household electronic waste also can be influenced by existing factors in the community environment. Electronic waste is a type of waste that is classified as toxic and hazardous waste (B3). Therefore, data on the amount of generation and types of household electronic waste are needed to determine a suitable management system. This study aims to determine the rate of generation and types of household electronic waste as well as community participation in its management in the Pancoran District. This study was conducted by considering the technical aspect and community participation in household electronic waste management. The data used in this study is the type and quantity of household electronic waste based on the categories of electronic waste types according to the Directive of the EU. In addition, the management of household electronic waste by producers is limited to post-use treatment such as stashing, selling, and dispose of. Data were collected from 100 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. Respondents are distributed proportionally in 6 Urban Villages in Pancoran Subdistrict who have access to fill out questionnaires via a google form. Data obtained were analysed using simple statistics and presented in the form of tables and curves. The results showed that the average rate of household electronic waste generation in Pancoran District was 3.04 kg/person. Per year. The total types of household electronic waste produced are 1415 units with a total generation of 1458.93 kg/year. Then 466 units or 559.94 kg/year of household electronic waste produced are stored by the community. 278 units or 700.21 kg/year of household electronic waste produced are sold by the community. Then 31 units or 37.61 kg/year of waste are donated by the community and 640 units or 161.18 kg/year of waste are disposed of by the community. Furthermore, the appropriate development strategy for the management system of electronic waste existing is the WO strategy by taking advantage of opportunities to minimize the weakness factor in the existing electronic waste management conditions.
