Abstract
Mesin packaging merupakan alat yang membantu dalam proses untuk pengemasan dimana kemasan berfungsi untuk melindungi produk agar produk tetap terjaga kualitasnya. Ketika kemasan yang di buat itu baik maka kita dapat membangun ekuitas merek dan mendorong penjualan. Adanya kekurangan ketika mesin tersebut menggunakan sistem manual, kekurangan mesin packaging manual adalah bahwa mesin packaging yang digunakan akan membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat diagram fluidsim untuk mesin automatic feeding packaging serta merancang sistem kontrol eleketropneumatik dengan software pneumatik yang mendekati waktu kerja mesin dalam 1 siklus. Dalam proyek akhir ini metodologi mencangkup langkah kerja sistematis dalam perencanaan sistem elektropneumatik serta pembuatan sirkuit elektropneumatik menggunakan software pneumatik. Proses perancangan Sistem kontrol elektropneumatik dilakukan dengan pembuatan allocation list untuk proses input-output, membuat discplacement step diagram serta diagram notasi dan membuat rangakaian kontrol listrik dari sirkuit pneumatik yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan waktu total kerja sistem elektropneumatik dan didapatkan waktu error sebesar 1,49% sehingga simulasi dapat dianggap berhasil jika error kurang dari 2%.

Packaging machines are tools that help in the packaging process, the main function of the packaging itself is to protect the product so that the product maintains its quality. When the packaging is good, we can build brand equity and drive sales. There are shortcomings when the machine uses a manual system, the disadvantage of manual packaging machines is that the packaging machine used will require a lot of labor. The purpose of this research is to create a fluidsim diagram for an automatic feeding packaging machine and design an electretropneumatic control system with pneumatic software that approaches the machine's working time in 1 cycle. In this final project, the methodology includes systematic work steps in planning the electropneumatic system and making electropneumatic circuits using pneumatic software. The design process of the electropneumatic control system is carried out by creating an allocation list for the input-output process making displacement step diagrams and notation diagrams and making electrical circuits from pneumatic circuits that have been made before. The simulation results obtained the total working time of the electro-pneumatic system and received an error time of 1.49% so the simulation can be considered successful if the error is less than 2%.
