Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan aksesibilitas informasi digital telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan desain website dan tata letak penulisan yang efektif, terutama untuk jurnal ilmiah. Penelitian ini berfokus pada redesain tampilan website dan layout penulisan paper pada JUTI (Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi Informasi), yang dikelola oleh Departemen Teknik Informatika Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, keterlibatan pengguna, serta visibilitas jurnal melalui implementasi HTML dan CSS guna menciptakan desain responsif yang optimal di berbagai perangkat.Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan meliputi analisis masalah, perancangan sistem dengan pendekatan atomic design, serta implementasi fitur baru seperti penyesuaian header, footer, dan layout penulisan paper berdasarkan pedoman format. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan tersebut meningkatkan efisiensi navigasi dan pengalaman pengguna.

The development of technology and the accessibility of digital information have increased the need for effective website design and layout writing, especially for scientific journals. This research focuses on redesigning the website interface and paper layout for JUTI (Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi Informasi), managed by the Department of Informatics Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. The goal is to enhance accessibility, user engagement, and journal visibility through the implementation of HTML and CSS to create an optimal responsive design across various devices.The steps taken include problem analysis, system design using the atomic design approach, and the implementation of new features such as adjustments to the header, footer, and paper layout based on formatting guidelines. Testing results show that these changes improve navigation efficiency and user experience.
