Abstract
Pembangunan dinding penahan tanah pada tepi Sungai Bangsal di Kabupaten Mojokerto Jawa Timur disebabkan longsornya bantaran sungai yang mendesak pasangan batu kali eksisiting sehingga mengakibatkan kerusakan/sliding dan sebagai bentuk penanganan tanggap darurat masyarakat terhadap ancaman longsoran tanah bantaran Sungai Bangsal dikemudian hari. Pada proses pembangunan ini dilakukan peninjauan terhadap pengelolaan manajemen konstruksi antara lain melakukan peninjauan terhadap pelaksanaan waktu (time control) yang dilakukan percepatan konstruksi menggunakan analisa metode CPM, perubahan biaya (cost slope) sebagai dampak dari percepatan konstruksi, serta pelaksanaan mutu (quality control) sebagai hasil dari percepatan konstruksi. Percepatan menggunakan CPM menghasilkan percepatan selama 33 hari dari hari yang direncanakan. Sehingga menaikkan total upah pekerja sebesar Rp 20.466.000,00. Namun percepatan tidak mempengaruhi mutu beton K-175 memiliki rata-rata kuat tekan sebesar 195,57 kg/cm2. Hasil praktik keinsinyuran ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan bagi pemilik proyek yaitu Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Brantas khususnya Satuan Kerja Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Sumber Daya Air II.

The construction of a retaining wall on the banks of the Bangsal River in Mojokerto Regency, East Java, was caused by a landslide of the riverbank that pressed the existing stone masonry, resulting in damage/sliding and as a form of emergency response by the community to the threat of landslides on the banks of the Bangsal River in the future. In this construction process, a review of the management of construction management was carried out, including a review of the implementation of time (time control) which was carried out by accelerating construction using the CPM method analysis, changes in costs (cost slope) as an impact of accelerated construction, and implementation of quality (quality control) as a result of accelerated construction. Acceleration using CPM resulted in an acceleration of 33 days from the planned day. Thus increasing the total wages of workers by Rp 20.466.000,00. However, the acceleration did not affect the quality of K-175 concrete which has an average compressive strength of 195,57 kg/cm2 The results of this engineering practice are expected to provide input for the project owner, namely Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Brantas khususnya Satuan Kerja Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Sumber Daya Air II.
