Abstract

Kegiatan perawatan preventive yang dilakukan pada gearbok reducer dengan cara mengganti minyak pada gearbox berlangsung selama 300-400 jam untuk pergantian pertama dan minyak pelumas akan berubah setiap 1500-2000 jam, harus diganti pelumas. Dalam kondisi kerja yang buruk, suhu tinggi, situasi pekerjaan berdebu harus setiap 3 bulan harus diganti. Sehingga pemeliharaan preventive berulang yang sebelumnya setiap 3 bulan pengecekan , menjadi 1 bulan sekali pengecekan pada gearbok reducer pada setiap mesin yang menggunakan.
