Abstract

Kompetisi bisnis dalam industri sawit menyebabkan loyalitas pelanggan merupakan faktor penting untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha. Penulis menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli pelanggan dan hubungannya dengan loyalitas pelanggan. The author uses a questionnaire method from palm oil industry customers and tests the relationship between the questionnaire results and the questionnaire method with the Smartpls application. Penulis melihat adanya pengaruh hubungan Kualitas Produk, Harga Barang dan Kualitas Layanan dan pengaruh faktor moderasi dari Sistem Pembayaran terhadap Niat Beli Pelanggan dan Mempengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dalam hasil penelitian ini Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas yang dirasakan oleh Pembeli Mempengaruhi Niat Beli Pelanggan. Sistem Pembayaran memperkuat Kualitas Produk terhadap minat beli Pelanggan, Niat beli mempengaruhi loyalitas. Sementara Harga Produk dan Layanan Produk tidak mempengaruhi Niat Beli Pelanggan dan Kemudahan Pembayaran tidak mampu memoderasi Harga Produk dan Layanan Produk terhadap Niat Beli.Tulisan ini adalah topik pertama yang membahas hubungan antara pengaruh sistem pembayaran terhadap minat beli dan loyalitas pelanggan di industri sawit. Tulisan ini akan meyumbang literatur dalam marketing kelapa sawit dan secara bersamaan akan membantu perusahaan untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan.

Business competition in the palm oil industry causes customer loyalty to be an important factor to maintain business continuity. The authors examine the factors that influence customer purchase intent and its relationship with customer loyalty. The author uses a questionnaire method from palm oil industry customers and tests the relationship between the questionnaire results and the questionnaire method with the Smartpls application. The author sees the influence of the relationship between Product Quality, Goods Price and Service Quality and the influence of moderation factors from the Payment System on Customer Purchase Intention and Influence Customer Loyalty. In the results of this study, Product Quality and Quality Perceived by Buyers Affect Customer Purchase Intention. The Payment System strengthens Product Quality to the Customer's buying interest, Purchase intention affects loyalty. While Product Prices and Product Services do not affect Customer Purchase Intention and Ease of Payment is unable to moderate Product and Product Service Prices against Purchase Intentions. This paper is the first topic to discuss the relationship between the influence of payment systems on buying interest and customer loyalty in the palm oil industry. This article will contribute literature in palm oil marketing and will simultaneously help the company to maintain their customer loyalty.
