Abstract
Jembatan Kali Otek berada di STA 4+062 paket Pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Utara Lamongan Seksi 2 dengan panjang bentang jembatan 40,8 m Sesuai hasil pengujian boring di lokasi penelitian, tanah dasar termasuk dalam klasifikasi tanah sangat lunak dengan N-SPT<4 hingga mencapai kedalaman >15 meter. Kondisi eksisting paket secara keseluruhan merupakan area tambak yang selalu tergenang air hingga mencapai ketinggian 1 meter. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya penurunan tanah dan stabilitas tiang pondasi abutmen jembatan. Konstruksi timbunan di atas tanah lunak akan menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan pada tanah dasar dan pada tiang pondasi. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan analisa penurunan tanah dan stabilitas timbunan ringan mortar busa dengan memvariasikan prosentase ketinggian timbunan eksisting dan mortar busa tersebut. Selain itu, menganalisa juga pengaruh penggunaan timbunan ringan, baik secara keseluruhan maupun variasinya terhadap stabilitas tiang pondasi abutmen jembatan, baik dengan dan tanpa Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). Dari hasil analisa didapatkan bahwa penggunaan material timbunan ringan dapat mengurangi penurunan tanah dasar sebesar 61,2% dan waktu konsolidasi yang lebih lama sebesar 18,5% dibandingkan dengan penggunaan timbunan eksisting. Adapun kombinasi timbunan mortar busa yang menghasilkan penurunan paling kecil adalah variasi 100% timbunan mortar busa (100% MB) dengan waktu konsolidasi selama 190 hari. Semakin besar prosentase ketinggian mortar busa, maka menghasilkan penurunan yang lebih kecil seiring dengan peningkatan faktor keamanan. Defleksi lateral dan penurunan tiang pancang yang terjadi pada variasi 100% timbunan mortar busa (100% MB) adalah yang paling kecil, sehingga dengan semakin besarnya prosentase penggunaan mortar busa dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif timbunan oprit jembatan di atas tanah lunak.

The Kali Otek Bridge is located at STA 4+062 of the Lamongan North Ring Road Development Package Section 2 with a bridge span length of 40.8 m. According to the results of boring tests at the research site, the subgrade is classified as very soft soil with N-SPT <4 to a depth of >15 meters. The existing condition of the whole package is a pond area that is always inundated with water up to a height of 1 meter. This can affect the occurrence of land subsidence and the stability of the bridge abutment foundation pillars. Embankment construction on soft soil will cause subsidence on the subgrade and on the foundation piles. In this research, soil settlement and stability of lightweight foam mortar embankment were analyzed by varying the percentage of height of the existing embankment and the foam mortar. In addition, it also analyzes the effect of using lightweight backfill, both as a whole and its variations on the stability of bridge abutment foundation piers, both with and without Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). Based on the result of this research, it was found that the use of lightweight backfill material can reduce the settlement of subgrade by 61.2% and longer consolidation time by 18.5% compared to the use of existing backfill. The combination of foam mortar embankment that produces the smallest settlement is the 100% foam mortar embankment variation (100% MB) with a consolidation time of 190 days. The greater the percentage of foam mortar height, the smaller the settlement as the factor of safety increases. The lateral deflection and pile settlement that occurred in the 100% foam mortar backfill variation (100% MB) was the smallest, so the greater the percentage of foam mortar use can be used as an alternative bridge oprite backfill on soft soil.
