Abstract
PT. AMB saat ini menghadapi masalah operasional di sektor perparkiran, yaitu tingginya kehilangan pendapatan harian. Masalah ini tidak hanya berdampak negatif pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan, tetapi juga mengurangi kepercayaan pelanggan dan para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem perangkat lunak perparkiran di PT. AMB. Saat ini, aplikasi manajemen parkir yang digunakan sudah tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan fitur-fitur baru yang terus berkembang, khususnya inovasi di bidang pengawasan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan laporan pengawasan secara real time, yang dapat diakses oleh pemegang saham, guna mendukung peningkatan keamanan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, survei, dan diskusi, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur, laporan perusahaan, dan data historis perusahaan.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif dan inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah kehilangan pendapatan dalam industri perparkiran. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan mampu mengurangi kebocoran pendapatan secara signifikan, meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan, dan menciptakan efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya manusia.

PT AMB is currently facing issues in its daily parking operations, specifically significant daily revenue losses. This revenue loss negatively affects the company’s financial performance, erodes customer trust, and undermines stakeholder confidence.
This research aims to optimize PT AMB’s parking software system. The current parking management application is no longer adequate to meet the growing demand for new features, particularly those related to security innovations. Another objective is to integrate real-time monitoring report features for shareholders to support the enhancement of security measures.
The research adopts the Design Thinking methodology, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Primary data will be collected through interviews, observations, surveys, and discussions, while secondary data will be gathered from relevant literature, company reports, and historical company data.
The outcomes of this research are expected to provide effective and innovative solutions to address revenue losses in the parking industry. This study aims to significantly reduce revenue leakage, enhance overall company performance, and increase efficiency in human resource utilization. Additionally, the developed application is anticipated to streamline daily parking operations while improving operational effectiveness.
