Abstract

Penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di rumah sakit telah menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan informasi pasien. Sesuai dengan peraturan menteri kesehatan Republik Indonesia nomor 24 Tahun 2022 tentang rekam medis yang mengharuskan seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan (Fasyankes) menerapkan RME. RME merupakan salah satu terobosan teknologi di bidang kesehatan, yang digunakan oleh dokter dan staf medis klinik, namun masih ditemukan keluhan dari dokter yang mengalami kesulitan dalam penggunaan RME karena tampilannya yang kurang user friendly. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi tingkat penerimaan penggunaan rekam medis elektronik; dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan penggunaan RME di kalangan dokter dan staf medis. Merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan penggunaan RME di klinik rawat jalan. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan sebagai faktor utama yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi dengan menggunakan metode statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari evaluasi penerimaan penggunaan RME menunjukkan bahwa RME sudah dapat diterima oleh tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Mohamad Soewandhie serta faktor seperti jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, dan masa kerja berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan teknologi tersebut. Rekomendasi perbaikan untuk kedepannya yaitu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terkait tampilan SIMRS yang kurang user friendly dan melakukan maintenance secara berkala untuk menghindari kendala dalam hal penggunaan rekam medis pada sistem, sehingga penggunaan rekam medis dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, perlu juga dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan jika ada pembaruan dari sistem RME

The use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in hospitals has become a major focus in improving efficiency and accuracy in managing patient information. In accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 24 of 2022 concerning medical records which requires all health service facilities (Fasyankes) to implement EMR. EMR is one of the technological breakthroughs in the health sector, which is used by doctors and clinical medical staff, but there are still complaints from doctors who have difficulty using EMR because the appearance is not user friendly. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of acceptance of the use of electronic medical records; and analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of the use of EMR among doctors and medical staff. Formulate recommendations for improving the use of EMR in outpatient clinics. The approach that will be used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to identify perceptions of usefulness and ease of use as the main factors influencing the acceptance of technology using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) statistical method. The results of the evaluation of the acceptance of the use of EMR indicate that EMR has been accepted by health workers at the Mohamad Soewandhie Hospital and factors such as gender, age, education, and length of service influence the acceptance of the technology. Recommendations for future improvements include an evaluation of the SIMRS display that is less user friendly and regular maintenance to avoid obstacles in the use of medical records on the system, so that the use of medical records can be used sustainably. In addition, socialization and training are also needed if there is an update to the RME system.
