Abstract
Pada proses pembangunan bangunan beton, pemakaian material dapat mempengaruhi biaya proyek. Pemasangan bekisting dalam suatu proyek merupakan langkah yang krusial dan dapat mempengaruhi hasil akhir proyek. Pemilihan bahan bekisting yang baik dan sesuai dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas dan mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan keseluruhan proyek. Pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Terpadu Psikologi Olahraga UNESA menggunakan metode bekisting konvensional dengan bahan kayu. Biaya pekerjaan struktur sendiri mencakup 28% dari total biaya proyek sedangkan biaya bekisting sendiri mencakup hingga 36% dari biaya struktur dengan waktu pekerjaan hingga 328 hari. Penggunaan bekisting aluminium diklaim dapat digunakan sebanyak 500-2000 kali dan menghemat biaya paling tidak USD 6/m2 dengan waktu pengerjaan hanya 4-7 hari per lantai. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan biaya dan durasi pekerjaan bekisting jika menggunakan bekisting konvensional dengan menggunakan bekisting aluminium. Penggunaan bekisting konvensional membutuhkan biaya Rp 7.853.975.235,83 dengan durasi 230 hari sedangkan bekisting aluminium membutuhkan biaya Rp 7.960.622.165,97 dengan durasi 61 hari. Didapatkan perbedaan biaya antara penggunaan bekisting konvensional dengan bekisting aluminium sebesar Rp 106.646.930,14 dan selisih durasi pekerjaan selama 169 hari.

In the construction process of concrete buildings, the material use can affect the cost of the project. Installing formwork in a project is a crucial step and can affect the final result of the project. Selection of good and appropriate formwork materials can influence effectiveness and speed up the overall project implementation time. UNESA Sports Psychology Integrated Building Construction project used conventional formwork methods from wood. The cost of the structural work itself covers 28% of the total project cost while the formwork cost alone covers up to 36% of the structure cost with a work time of up to 328 days. It is claimed that using aluminum formwork can be used 500-2000 times and save costs of at least USD 6/m2 with a processing time of only 4-7 days per floor. In this research, a comparison was made of the cost and duration of formwork work when using conventional formwork and using aluminum formwork. By using conventional formwork would cost Rp 7.853.975.235,83 with work duration of 230 days, while aluminium formwork woul cost Rp 7.960.622.165,97 with work duration of 61 days. It was found that the difference in cost between using conventional formwork and aluminum formwork was Rp 106.646.930,14 and the difference in work duration was 169 days.
