Abstract
Visi Kementerian Kesehatan untuk membangun fasilitas fraksionasi plasma pertama di Indonesia mendorong peningkatan konsumsi darah plasma. Unit Donor Darah (UDD) Palang Merah Indoneisa Kabupaten Lumajang merupakan salah satu dari 18 UDD di Indonesia yang memiliki sertifikasi CPOB yang memiliki izin untuk mendistribusikan darah plasma untuk keperluan manufaktur. Peningkatan permintaan plasma darah membuat UDD Lumajang perlu meningkatkan pasokan donor darah. Donor darah keliling menjadi salah satu strategi peningkatan donor darah di Lumajang. Keterbatasan sumber daya dan fasilitas membuat PMI Kabupaten Lumajang hanya mampu memenuhi 1 permintaan donor darah keliling per keberangkatan. Sehingga dibutuhkan optimalisasi penjadwalan donor darah keliling agar UDD Lumajang mampu meningkatkan frekuensi donor darah keliling. Optimalisasi donor darah keliling dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Vehicle Routing Problem dan klastering dengan mempertimbangkan aspek total biaya, total waktu perjalanan, dan blood compabiliy Hasil dari model penelitian ini mendapatkan optimalisasi kunjungan dapat dilakukan sehingga kunjungan dapat dilakaukan lebih dari 1 lokasi. Model mampu memenuhi permintaan bulanan dengan meminimasi biaya stok dan transportasi

The vision of the Ministry of Health to establish Indonesia's first plasma fractionation facility has driven an increase in plasma blood consumption. The Blood Donor Unit (BDU) of the Indonesian Red Cross in Lumajang Regency is one of 18 BDUs in Indonesia with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification, authorized to distribute plasma for manufacturing purposes. This growing demand for plasma blood necessitates an increase in the blood supply from blood donoration at the Lumajang BDU. Mobile blood donation activities are one of the strategies employed to increase blood donations in Lumajang. However, limited resources and facilities restrict the Lumajang Red Cross to fulfilling only one mobile blood donation request per deployment. Therefore, optimization of mobile blood donation scheduling is required to increase the frequency of mobile blood donation activities. The optimization process employs a Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) approach combined with clustering, taking into account total costs, travel time, and blood compatibility. The results of this study's model demonstrate that optimizing visits enables the scheduling of visits to multiple locations in a single trip. The model successfully meets monthly demand while minimizing stock and transportation costs
