Abstract
Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) merupakan salah satu kampus yang banyak diminati oleh para calon mahasiswa. Jumlah total mahasiswa setiap tahunnya cenderung meningkat. Akibatnya, asrama ITS sering kali penuh sehingga membuat sebagian mahasiswa baru harus mencari tempat hunian lain. Oleh karena itu, ITS berencana untuk membangun Tower Asrama ITS. Meskipun bergitu, pembangunan tersebut tidak lepas dari adanya potensi risiko di masa yang akan datang. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, penulis melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menentukan prioritas risiko berdasarkan nilai tingkat kemungkinan, dampak, dan efektivitas pengendalian risiko pada pembangunan Tower Asrama ITS menggunakan metode fuzzy AHP dan VIKOR dan diimplementasikan dalam web. Pembangunan Tower Asrama ITS dijadikan penulis sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data risiko dan data hasil kuesioner untuk diolah menggunakan metode fuzzy-AHP dan VIKOR. Perhitungan fuzzy-AHP dan VIKOR dilakukan secara manual dan menggunakan web yang dibuat. Dari dua puluh satu risiko sebagai alternatif yang dihitung didapatkan peringkat tertinggi yaitu risiko pembangunan Tower Asrama ITS meningkatkan kapasitas tempat huni bagi mahasiswa tingkat pertama.

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is one of the most popular campuses for prospective students. The total number of students tends to increase every year. As a result, ITS dormitories are always full, forcing some new students to find other places to live. Therefore, ITS plans to build the ITS Dormitory Tower. However, the construction is not free from potential risks in the future. In this Final Project, the author conducts research that aims to determine risk priorities based on the value of the level of likelihood, impact, and effectiveness of risk control in the construction of the ITS Dormitory Tower using the methods of fuzzy-AHP and VIKOR and implemented via the web. The construction of the ITS Dormitory Tower was used by the author as the object of research. This research uses risk data and questionnaire result to be processed by the fuzzy-AHP and VIKOR methods. From the twenty-one risks as alternative, the highest ranking was obtained by the risk of ITS Dormitory Tower increases the capacity of housing for first-year students.
