Abstract
Sistem drainase merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam perencanaan kawasan perumahan untuk mengatasi perubahan tata guna lahan yang dapat meningkatkan risiko banjir. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan sistem drainase di kawasan Perumahan Somopuro Indah, Kecamatan Randuagung, Kota Gresik. Perubahan tata guna lahan dari ruang terbuka hijau menjadi pemukiman meningkatkan koefisien pengaliran, yang berpotensi menimbulkan banjir jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis hidrologi dan hidrolika. Analisis hidrologi menggunakan data hujan untuk menentukan curah hujan rencana dan intensitas hujan berdasarkan metode Mononobe. Data tersebut digunakan untuk menghitung debit limpasan dengan metode rasional. Analisis hidrolika dilakukan untuk merancang dimensi saluran yang dapat menampung debit rencana, dengan mempertimbangkan kemiringan saluran, jenis material, dan koefisien Manning. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perancangan sistem drainase yang sesuai standar SNI 03-3424-1994 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 26 Tahun 2008 pasal 106 ayat 1 poin C dapat mengurangi risiko banjir di kawasan perumahan Somopuro Indah. Sistem drainase yang dirancang mampu menampung debit limpasan dari curah hujan maksimum, sehingga perubahan tata guna lahan tidak menyebabkan banjir. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah tersedianya sistem drainase yang dapat bekerja secara optimal, menghubungkan saluran eksisting dengan saluran baru, dan meminimalkan risiko banjir akibat perubahan tata guna lahan. Hal ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa kawasan perumahan dapat berkembang dengan baik tanpa mengorbankan keamanan dan kenyamanan lingkungan sekitarnya.

The drainage system is a crucial component in residential area planning to address land use changes that could increase flood risks. This study focuses on designing a drainage system for the Somopuro Indah Housing Area in Randuagung District, Gresik City. The change in land use from green open spaces to residential areas increases the runoff coefficient, which could potentially lead to flooding if not managed properly. The research methodology includes hydrological and hydraulic analyses. Hydrological analysis uses rainfall data to determine design rainfall and intensity based on the Mononobe method. This data is used to calculate runoff discharge using the rational method. Hydraulic analysis is conducted to design channel dimensions that can accommodate the design discharge, considering channel slope, material type, and Manning's coefficient. The analysis results indicate that designing a drainage system in accordance with SNI 03-3424-1994 standards and Government Regulation No. 26 of 2008 Article 106 Paragraph 1 Point C can reduce the risk of flooding in the Somopuro Housing Area. The designed drainage system is capable of accommodating runoff from maximum rainfall, ensuring that land use changes do not cause flooding. The benefits of this research include the availability of an optimally functioning drainage system, the connection of existing channels with new ones, and the minimization of flood risks due to land use changes. This is crucial for ensuring that the residential area can develop effectively without compromising the safety and comfort of the surrounding environment.
