Abstract

Sistem pengambilan keputusan merupakan konsep yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan kriteria dan kebutuhan yang harus dimiliki dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam hal ini pemilihan supplier material dan jasa pada produksi grinding roll mengharuskan perusahaan untuk menentukan alternatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan produksi. Pengadaan material merupakan pokok dari produktivitas, maka dengan begitu pemilihan vendor supplier dianggap menentukan nilai unggul dari sistem produksi perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat masalah yang akan diselesaikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan bobot kriteria yang diperoleh dari perhitungan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode ini mampu memberikan nilai dari pembobotan yang diperhitungkan dan nantinya hasil analisis dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan alternatif terbaik berdasarkan dari pembobotan karakteristik yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat rekomendasi perbaikan pada masalahan pemilihan vendor supplier material dan jasa yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dengan berdasarkan perhitungan yang ada. Dengan mengimplementasi TOPSIS diperoleh alterbaik paling optimal pada masing masing vendor. Pada vendor material yang terdiri dari KBMU, PT. HI, PT. KLP, PT. KPDP, PT. UMI, dan PT. YSA, Alternatif paling optimal yang dapat digunakan perusahaan adalah solusi alternatif ke-tiga yaitu PT. KLP untuk vendor material. Sedangkan alternatif vendor jasa yang terdiri dari CV.MSS, PT. BIG, PT. DFI, PT. KDI, PT.KI, dan PT. PLIBOS, Alternatif paling optimal yang dapat digunakan perusahaan adalah solusi alternatif ke-satu yaitu CV. MSS untuk vendor jasa. Masing masing dapat dipertimbangkan perusahaan dalam proses pengadaan supplier.

The decision-making system is a concept used in decision-making based on the criteria and needs that must be possessed in decision-making. In this case, the selection of material and service suppliers in the production of grinding rolls requires companies to determine alternatives that suit production needs. Material procurement is the main part of productivity, so the selection of vendor suppliers is considered to determine the superior value of the company's production system. In this study, there is a problem that will be solved using the Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) approach with the weight of the criteria obtained from the calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is able to provide the value of the weighting that is taken into account and later the results of the analysis can provide recommendations for the best alternative improvement based on the weighting of the characteristics determined by the company. So that t his research can provide the benefit of recommendations for improvement in the problem of selecting vendors, suppliers, materials, and services needed by the company based on existing calculations. By implementing TOPSIS, the best and most optimal aldo is obtained for each vendor. At the material vendor consisting of KBMU, PT. HI, PT. KLP, PT. KPDP, PT. UMI, and PT. YSA, The most optimal alternative that the company can use is the third alternative solution, namely PT. KLP for material vendors. Meanwhile, alternative service vendors consisting of CV.MSS, PT. BIG, PT. DFI, PT. KDI, PT. KI, and PT. PLIBOS, The most optimal alternative that companies can use is the first alternative solution, namely CV. MSS for service vendors. Each can be considered by the company in the supplier procurement process
