Abstract

Konsultasi di Indonesia berkembang secara dinamis, menghadirkan banyak peluang untuk pertumbuhan bisnis. Untuk memanfaatkan peluang ini, PT XYZ mengoptimalkan kinerjanya dengan mengubah sistem tata kelola agar tetap unggul dalam persaingan. Poin-poin utama yang diidentifikasi dari penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek di PT XYZ, menilai kontribusi sumber daya terhadap keberhasilan proyek, dan menyelidiki bagaimana pemanfaatan sumber daya di PT XYZ dapat mendorong perbaikan di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak perubahan tata kelola di PT XYZ dan menentukan bagaimana hasil analisis sumber daya dapat memberikan rekomendasi perencanaan strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja PT XYZ dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Menggunakan metodologi studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan 14 responden dan menggunakan teori berbasis sumber daya dan analisis SWOT. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa rekomendasi bagi PT XYZ, termasuk pentingnya dukungan perusahaan dan pendekatan proaktif terhadap perubahan tata kelola untuk mendorong kolaborasi sumber daya yang positif. Selain itu, temuan diatas menekankan perlunya sistem manajemen sumber daya yang kuat dan optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumber daya untuk memfasilitasi transisi tata kelola yang efisien dan efektif.

The Indonesian consulting sector is dynamically evolving, presenting numerous opportunities for growth. To seize on these opportunities, PT XYZ optimized its performance by shifting the governance systems in order to maintain competitive advantage. Research identified factors that influence the success of projects at PT XYZ, assessed the contribution of resources to project success, and investigated how resource utilization at PT XYZ can drive future improvements are key points. This research aims to examine the impact of a governance shift at PT XYZ and to determine how the results of resource analysis can inform strategic planning recommendations to improve company performance and maintain a competitive advantage. Utilizing a qualitative case study methodology, the research involved in-depth interviews with 14 respondents and employed resource-based theory and SWOT analysis. The research findings indicate several recommendations for the consulting company, including the importance of company support and a proactive approach to governance shifts to foster positive resource collaboration. Additionally, the findings emphasize the need for a robust resource management system and the optimization of resource utilization to facilitate an efficient and effective governance transition.
