Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur pembuatan pipa baja dengan salah satu produknya yaitu tiang listrik. Proses pengiriman produk tiang listrik dilakukan oleh 3PL dengan tujuan efisiensi. Namun, proses pengiriman yang dilakukan masih mengalami keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh 3PL itu sendiri. Manajemen perusahaan dihadapkan dengan konflik kriteria ketika melakukan pemilihan 3PL. Di satu sisi, perusahaan menginginkan harga yang murah, performa dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik serta pengiriman secara tepat waktu. Namun disisi lain, pihak 3PL belum ada yang dapat memenuhi keseluruhan ekspektasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan ingin mendapatkan metode yang komprehensif serta dapat diaplikasikan di perusahaan dalam memilih kandidat 3PL. Kriteria pemilihan 3PL dipilih berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan para expert perusahaan sehingga diperoleh 7 kriteria dan 22 sub kriteria. Integrasi metode DEMATEL-ANP digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar sub-kriteria terpilih serta nilai bobot untuk setiap sub-kriteria. TOPSIS digunakan untuk mendapatkan ranking dari alternatif 3PL. Sebanyak 7 alternatif 3PL dinilai dimana hasil menunjukkan bahwa BGR sebagai alternatif utama sebagai penyedia jasa 3PL untuk pengiriman produk tiang listrik.

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing of steel pipes, one of its products being electric poles. The delivery process of electric pole products is carried out by 3PL for efficiency. However, the delivery process is still experiencing delays caused by the 3PL. The company's management faces a conflict of criteria when selecting a 3PL. The company desires low costs, excellent performance, high service quality, and timely delivery. On the other hand, none of the 3PL providers can fully meet all of these expectations. Therefore, the company wants to get a comprehensive method that can be applied to the company when
selecting candidates for 3PL. The 3PL selection criteria were selected based on discussions with company experts, resulting in 7 criteria and 22 sub-criteria. The DEMATEL-ANP integration method was used to determine the relationship between selected sub-criteria and the weight value for each sub-criterion. TOPSIS was used to obtain a ranking of 3PL alternatives. Seven of the 3PL alternatives were measured, which showed that BGR was the main alternative as a 3PL service provider for the delivery of electric pole products.
