Abstract

Laporan praktik kerja keinsiyuran ini berfokus pada analisis profesionalisme, etika profesi, dan penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dalam pembangunan Jalan Tol Harbour II. Laporan kerja praktik ini meninjau dari sisi desain dan saat pelaksanaan. Laporan ini disusun melalui wawancaran, survei, ketersediaan data yang ada, dan observasi langsung dilapangan yang dilakukan pada bulan November hingga Desember 2024. Batasan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamatan dilakukan saat erection box girder disegmen P24 hingga P25 yang berlokasi didepan Jakarta Internasional Stadium Pada sisi profesionalisme dibagi menjadi beberapa tinjauan yaitu manajemen organisasi, quality assurance dan quality control, desain struktur, dan metode pelaksanaan. Sisi etika profesi membahas mengenai penyelesaian dari masalah yang timbul akibat proses konstruksi. Sisi K3 membahas mengenai implementasi K3 di kantor dan di lokasi proyek. Hasil laporan praktik keinsiyuran menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme, etika profesi dan K3 harus diimplementasikan untuk mendukung keberlangsungan dan kelancaran dari proyek konstruksi. Hal ini akan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, produkti, dan etis dalam pembangunan infrastuktur berskala besar. Kesimpulan dan saran dari laporan praktik keinsiyuran ini adalah dapat memantau secara menyeluruh pekerjaan konstruksi box girder secara mendetail seperti membahas proses desain struktur, metode pelaksanaan, penjadwalan proyek hingga estimasi biaya proyek . Saran lainnya adalah dapat meninjau proses perencanaan dan implementasi K3.

This report focuses on the analysis of professionalism, professional ethics, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the construction of the Harbour II Toll Road. The report examines both the design and implementation phases. It is prepared based on interviews, surveys, available data, and direct field observations conducted between November and December 2024. The scope of this study is limited to observations made during the erection of the box girder in segments P24 to P25, located in front of the Jakarta International Stadium. The professionalism aspect is divided into several areas: organizational management, quality assurance and quality control, structural design, and implementation methods. The professional ethics aspect addresses the resolution of issues arising from the construction process. The OHS aspect discusses the implementation of OHS standards both in the office and on-site. The findings of this engineering internship report indicate that professionalism, professional ethics, and OHS must be implemented to support the continuity and smooth operation of construction projects. This will create a safe, productive, and ethical working environment in large-scale infrastructure development. Conclusions and recommendations from this internship report include the need for comprehensive monitoring of the construction of box girders in detail, such as discussing structural design processes, implementation methods, project scheduling, and project cost estimation. Another recommendation is to review the planning and implementation processes of OHS standards.
