Abstract
===========================================================
Milk sharing activities in Indonesia have not fully implemented the human milk donor process in accordance with medical standards, government regulations, and Islamic law. Hence, it necessary to model the human milk donor business process using the BANK framework from the PATH organization, visualized through BPMN diagrams based on a case study at Lactashare. This study employs a comparative method combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis to compile a model from various national and global regulatory sources and religious law. The simulation findings demonstrate that the proposed model is more effective and efficient than the existing method, saving total fixed costs by up to 32% and running 18 hours and 48 minutes faster. However, to assure accuracy, these results must be compared to simulation results obtained using other, more powerful tools. Because it adheres to the BANK framework, this proposed model ensures the quality and safety of donor breast milk. Human milk banks in Muslim Country can collaborate to share best practices, support research, and assist policymakers in developing realistic policy solutions that support human milk banking operations which comply religious law.
