Abstract
Analisis finansial meliputi laporan laba rugi, neraca, arus kas, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), payback period, profitability index, Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), dan analisis sensitivitas.

Increased marine transportation activities have a negative impact on the coastal and port environment, mainly through ship exhaust emissions such as NOx, SO2, Particulate Matter, CO, and CO2. This study examines the financial and technical feasibility of the Shore to Ship Power Connection (SSPC) project at the PT X jetty by PT Y, with the aim of projecting new business potential and increased revenue. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach, analyzing the location, layout, service system and safety of the project from a technical aspect. Financial analysis included income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), payback period, profitability index, Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), and sensitivity analysis. The technical study results recommend Palembang as a feasible project location, supported by the strategic direction of the majority shareholder PT P in strategic cooperation with companies within the scope of PT P and energy and utility technology providers. Synergies with PT A vessels, PT X's fertilizer transportation service provider, were also an important consideration. Financial projections show a 12.3% increase in annual net profit by year five, a 27.7% increase in assets by year five, and significant cash flow growth of 548.3% by year five. The 25-year long-term projection resulted in a positive NPV of IDR 2,652,032,975, an IRR of 13.4% (above the WACC of 9.85%), a payback period of 7 years and 7 months, and a profitability index above 1. Sensitivity analysis showed the project has resilience to cost fluctuations. It is concluded that the SSPC project is financially and technically feasible. This feasibility study is expected to provide comprehensive information for PT Y, PT P and shareholders in making investment decisions related to the SSPC business plan at PT X Palembang dock.
