Abstract

Pendistribusian minyak bumi merupakan langkah yang krusial pada saat fase produksi minyak bumi. Maka kebutuhan akan infrastruktur yang andal seperti pipa bawah laut, menjadi semakin mendesak. Penggunaan pipa bawah laut yang semakin meningkat tidak lepas dari berbagai faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan operasi, seperti: kesalahan pihak ketiga, korosi, kesalahan desain, dan kesalahan operasional. Tinjauan literatur dan historis tentang kegagalan dan kerusakan pipa bawah laut menunjukan bahwa faktor kesalahan pihak ketiga bertanggung jawab atas 38% dari kegagalan pipa bawah laut pada saat operasi. Pada Tugas Akhir ini Penulis meneliti Risiko risiko pada fase operasi pipa bawah laut pada Offshore Southeast Sumatera field dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Faiulure Mode and Effect Analysis (FFMEA), Fuzzy FMEA sendiri digunakan untuk menentukan risiko dominan atau kritis. Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) digunakan untuk mengetahui akar akar penyebab risiko serta mencari hal yang terlibat dalam risiko utama. Didapatkan risiko dominan dengan metode FFMEA keretakan pipa bawah laut dengan FRPN 7,364 selanjutnya dilakukan analisis risiko dengan metode FTA didapatkan akar penyebab internal corrosion dengan probabilitas 0.000195 dan akar penyebab ship sinkking dengan probabilitas 0.00342. Setelah mendapatkan hasil dari analisis risiko tersebut dilakukan mitigasi untuk masing-masing risiko.

Distribution of petroleum is a crucial step during the petroleum production phase. So the need for reliable infrastructure, such as undersea pipelines, becomes increasingly urgent. The increasing use of underwater pipelines cannot be separated from various factors that can cause operational failure, such as: third party errors, corrosion, design errors and operational errors. A literature and historical review of submarine pipe failures and damage shows that third party errors are responsible for 38% of submarine pipe failures during operation. In this final project the author examines risk risk on subsea pipeline operation phase on Offshore Southeast Sumatera field using the method Fuzzy Faiulure Mode and Effect Analysis (FFMEA), Fuzzy FMEA itself is used to determine dominant or critical risks. Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) use to find out the root cause of the risk and look for things involved in the main risk. The dominant risk identified using FFMEA is subsea pipeline cracking, with an FRPN of 7.364. Further risk analysis using FTA revealed internal corrosion as a root cause with a probability of 0.000195 and ship sinking as a root cause with a probability of 0.00342. Following the risk analysis, mitigation measures were proposed for each identified risk.
