Abstract

Bendung Padasan II dibangun pada tahun 1976 terletak di Daerah Irigasi Gembong, Desa Ngawen, Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah. Desain Eksisting Bendung Padasan II adalah Mercu tipe Ogee dan Kolam Olak tipe Vlugter yang mampu mengaliri sawah dengan luas 47,30 Ha. Pada tahun 2019 terjadi banjir pada Bendung Padasan II yang mengakibatkan lahan pertanian. Dampak dari kejadian ini semakin meningkat dikarenakan daya dukung tanah yang buruk yang mengakibatkan gerusan lokal sedalam 1 meter pada hilir bendung dan lereng sungai. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan perencanaan teknis Bendung Padasan II untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut.
Dalam melakukan perencanaan bangunan utama dan bangunan pelengkap pada Bendung Padasan II direncanakan desain bendung pada Mercu Bendung tipe Bulat dan Kolam Olak tipe USBR III sesuai dengan standar Kriteria Perencanaan (KP) Irigasi. Untuk analisis stabilitas lereng digunakan metode Fellenius dan untuk desain Dinding Penahan Tanah (DPT) digunakan metode Meyerhof . Sedangkan, untuk analisis transpor sedimen bed load digunakan metode Meyer Peter Muller (MPM) dan untuk transpor sedimen suspended load digunakan metode Chang Simon & Richardson. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan tinggi mercu bendung 1,35 m dengan elevasi mercu bendung +7,178, tipe mercu bulat dengan jari – jari 0,77 m, elevasi dasar intake bendung +6,453, lebar efektif bendung 7,64 m, dan tipe kolam olak USBR III sepanjang 8 meter. Untuk desain Dinding Penahan Tanah (DPT) memiliki dimensi tinggi 5,35 m dan lebar 3 meter yang diperkuat dengan 1 minipile ukuran 20 x 20 cm sedalam 3 meter. Sedangkan untuk transpor sedimen, penuhnya sedimen pada sisi hulu bendung diperkirakan selama 4 tahun.

Padasan II Weir was constructed in 1976 and is located in the Gembong Irrigation Area, Ngawen Village, Pati Regency, Central Java. The existing design of Padasan II Weir features an ogee crest and a Vlugter-type stilling basin, capable of irrigating 47.30 hectares of rice fields. In 2019, a flood occurred at Padasan II Weir, causing significant damage to agricultural land. The impact of this incident worsened due to poor soil support, leading to local scouring up to 1 meter deep in the downstream area of the weir and riverbanks. Therefore, technical planning for the reconstruction of Padasan II Weir is necessary to address these issues. In planning the main and supplementary structures of Padasan II Weir, a rounded crest design and a USBR III-type stilling basin have been proposed following the standards of Irrigation Planning Criteria (Kriteria Perencanaan Irigasi). For slope stability analysis, the Fellenius method is used, while the retaining wall (DPT) design is based on the Meyerhof method. Bed load sediment transport analysis employs the Meyer Peter Muller (MPM) method, while suspended load transport analysis uses the Chang, Simon & Richardson method. Based on the analysis, the weir crest height is 1.35 m with a crest elevation of +7.178 m. The weir features a rounded crest design with a radius of 0.77 m, an intake base elevation of +6.453 m, an effective weir width of 7.64 m, and a USBR III-type stilling basin with a length of 8 meters. The design of the retaining wall (DPT) includes dimensions of 5.35 m in height and 3 m in width, reinforced with one mini-pile measuring 20 x 20 cm and a depth of 3 meters. Regarding sediment transport, the upstream sediment is estimated to reach full capacity within four years.
