Abstract
Indonesia berkomitmen untuk menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca. Faktor utama perubahan iklim global adalah meningkatnya GRK yang disebabkan karbon dioksida (CO2) dan metanam (CH4). Hasil observasi menunjukkan emisi karbon yang tinggi dalam proses produksi. PT X berkomitmen mendukung Net Zero Emission 2060 dengan mendorong program yang berdampak baik bagi lingkungan serta mendukung pemerintah dalam penanganan krisis iklim pada Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) 13. Sehingga perlu dilakukan langkah mitigasi karbon yang efektif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan implementasi mekanisme mitigasi karbon. Dalam menentukan keputusan upaya mitigasi karbon perlu banyak pertimbangan. Dengan menggunakan dua metode terstruktur, analisis kuantitatif menggunakan AHP dan TOPSIS memberikan analisis prioritas yang objektif dan sistematis, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan, ekonomi, dan stakeholder. Pembobotan pada kriteria utama nilai aspek lingkungan nilai bobot (0,61), kemudian aspek ekonomi memiliki nilai bobot (0,20) dan aspek stakeholder (0,19). Hasil perankingan upaya mitigasi karbon di PT X menunjukkan bahwa Program Modifikasi Piston dan Program Penggantian Diesel Engine ke Gas Engine merupakan pilihan optimal untuk implementasi jangka pendek. Selanjutnya oleh Program Pemasangan Automation Backup Air Supply, Program Carbon Capture Storage (CCS) dan terakhir Partisipasi di Bursa Karbon dipertimbangkan untuk investasi jangka panjang, dengan potensi pengurangan emisi yang besar dan penghematan biaya jangka panjang.

Indonesia has committed to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. A key driver of global climate change is the increase in GHGs, particularly carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4). Observation results indicate high carbon emissions in the production process. PT X is committed to supporting the Net Zero Emission 2060 target by promoting programs with positive environmental impacts and aligning with the government’s efforts to address the climate crisis under Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 13. Therefore, effective and systematic carbon mitigation measures are necessary. This research aims to analyze and optimize the implementation of carbon mitigation mechanisms. Making decisions on carbon mitigation efforts requires careful consideration of multiple factors.
By employing two structured methods quantitative analysis using AHP and TOPSIS, this study provides an objective and systematic prioritization, taking into account environmental, economic, and stakeholder aspects. The weighting of the main criteria assigns the highest value to environmental aspects (0.61), followed by economic aspects (0.20) and stakeholder aspects (0.19). The results of the carbon mitigation effort ranking at PT X indicate that the Piston Modification Program and the Diesel Engine to Gas Engine Replacement Program are optimal choices for short-term implementation. Meanwhile, Program Automation Backup Air Supply Installation Program, Carbon Capture Storage (CCS), and Participation in the Carbon Exchange, are recommended for long-term investments due to their potential for significant emission reductions and long-term cost savings.
