Abstract
Mesin Maxibrick RBM-02 Automatic adalah mesin pencetak bata interlock, dengan alternative bahan baku sepertimaterial beton pada umumnya, tanah dan pasir, sisa-sisa bahan bangunan yang telah dihancurkan, limbah industry padat dan masih banyak lagi alternative bahan baku yang lainnya. Mesin ini bekerja dengan system press secara hidraulik dengan tekanan hingga 25 ton. Untuk mencapai target produksi harian yang sudah ditetapkan, maka diperlukan performa mesin yang stabil dan effisien, maka haruslah dilakukan perhitungan secara ilmiah untuk dapat melihat tingkat Keefektifan mesin Maxibrick RBM-02, sehingga dapat dilakukan perencaan maintenance yang lebih akurat pada factor-faktor yang sering menyebabkan terjadinya Downtime. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat keefektifan mesin MAXIBRICK RBM-02 Automatic dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan menemukan solusi, sehingga tercapai tingkat kekeefektifanan mesin lebih dari 85% berdasarkan perhitungan OEE

The Maxibrick RBM-02 Automatic machine is an interlock brick molding machine, with alternative raw materials such as concrete materials in general, soil and sand, the remains of destroyed building materials, solid industrial waste and many other alternative raw materials. This machine works with a hydraulic press system with a pressure of up to 25 tons. To achieve the daily production target that has been set, it is necessary to have a stable and efficient engine performance, so scientific calculations must be carried out to be able to see the level of effectiveness of the Maxibrick RBM-02 engine, so that more accurate maintenance planning can be carried out on the factors that often cause downtime occurs. This study aims to measure and determine the level of effectiveness of the MAXIBRICK RBM-02 Automatic machine by using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and find solution, so as to achieve an engine effectiveness level of more than 85% based on OEE calculations.
