Bagaimana DCS, sebagai otak dari otomatisasi industri, mengumpulkan data dari berbagai perangkat di lapangan dan mengolahnya. Data ini kemudian ditampilkan dan dapat dikendalikan melalui HMI, sebuah layar grafis yang memungkinkan operator memantau dan mengintervensi proses produksi dengan mudah. Laporan ini secara khusus menyoroti penggunaan perangkat lunak Honeywell LX R520, yang berperan penting dalam mengintegrasikan kedua sistem ini dan memastikan komunikasi data yang lancar dan andal. Pemahaman mendalam tentang hubungan antara DCS dan HMI, didukung oleh studi kasus di PT. Poin Industria, sangat krusial untuk menjaga efisiensi dan keamanan operasional di lingkungan industri modern.
