Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknologi yang menggabungkan Virtual Try-On (VTO) dengan chat-bot berbasis IndoBERT yang mendukung perintah suara (speech to text) dalam bahasa Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tantangan dalam belanja online, di mana konsumen kesulitan memvisualisasikan pakaian yang ingin dibeli, yang sering menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dan tingginya tingkat pengembalian barang. Rumusan masalah penelitian mencakup integrasi VTO dengan chatbot IndoBERT, peningkatan pengalaman pengguna melalui interaksi suara, akurasi chatbot dalam memahami perintah berbahasa Indonesia, dan pengurangan tingkat pengembalian barang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat berupa pengalaman belanja yang lebih interaktif, efisien, dan personal, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi pemrosesan bahasa alami dan e-commerce fashion di Indonesia.

This research aims to develop a Virtual Try-On (VTO) technology with an IndoBERT-based chatbot supporting speech-to-text commands in Indonesian. The background of this study stems from the challenges in online shopping, where consumers often struggle to visualize the clothing they wish to purchase, leading to dissatisfaction and high return rates. The research problem focuses on integrating VTO with the IndoBERT chatbot, enhancing user experience through voice interaction, assessing the chatbot's accuracy in understanding Indonesian commands, and reducing return rates. This study is expected to provide benefits such as a more interactive, efficient, and personalized shopping experience, while also contributing to the development of natural language processing technology and fashion e-commerce in Indonesia.
