Abstract
Di era digital, pelaporan kinerja tim yang masih manual dan tersebar menjadi tantangan bagi startup teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi pelaporan kinerja untuk software engineer di PT XYZ menggunakan pendekatan user-centered melalui metode Design Thinking dan MoSCoW Prioritization. Proses dilakukan secara iteratif melalui enam tahap, mulai dari pemahaman kebutuhan hingga pengujian solusi. Solusi difokuskan pada efisiensi pengumpulan data, integrasi lintas platform, serta penyediaan informasi performa melalui dashboard analytics, otomatisasi API (ClickUp, GitLab), dan perhitungan kapasitas sprint berbasis cuti dan hari libur. Evaluasi melalui Feedback Capture Grid, Single Ease Question (SEQ), dan pengukuran efisiensi waktu menunjukkan aplikasi cukup mudah digunakan (skor SEQ rata-rata 5,72 dari 7) dan mampu memangkas waktu pelaporan dari 86 menit 53 detik menjadi 2 menit 48 detik (efisiensi 96,8%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Design Thinking dan MoSCoW Prioritization efektif dalam menciptakan solusi pelaporan kinerja yang efisien, adaptif, dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna di berbagai level organisasi.

In the digital era, the manual and scattered team performance reporting becomes a challenge for technology startups. This research aims to develop a performance reporting application for software engineers at PT XYZ using a user-centered approach through Design Thinking and MoSCoW Prioritization methods. The process is conducted iteratively through six stages, starting from understanding needs to testing solutions. The solution is focused on data collection efficiency, cross-platform integration, and providing performance information via an analytics dashboard, API automation (ClickUp, GitLab), and sprint capacity calculation based on leave and holidays. Evaluation through Feedback Capture Grid, Single Ease Question (SEQ), and time efficiency measurement shows the application is quite easy to use (average SEQ score of 5.72 out of 7) and able to reduce reporting time from 86 minutes 53 seconds to 2 minutes 48 seconds (96.8% efficiency). The research results indicate that the combination of Design Thinking and MoSCoW Prioritization is effective in creating an efficient, adaptive performance reporting solution that meets user needs at various organizational levels.
