Abstract

Kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Sukolilo yang merupakan kampus utama dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, memiliki luas tanah sebesar 180 hektar. Dimana, kampus ini memiliki aset gedung yang mampu mendukung 7 fakultas dan 39 departemen, serta sarana dan prasana lainnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah peta digital area ITS yang dapat diperbarui secara cepat, akurat, beresolusi tinggi, dan biaya yang terjangka pada setiap perkembangan yang terjadi pada kampus ITS. Pembuatan peta dengan memanfaatkan UAV dapat dilakukan kapan saja, sehingga peta digital area ITS dapat terbarukan dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan peta digital orthophoto pada area kampus ITS. Pembuatan peta ini menggunakan UAV DJI Phantom 4 Pro dengan parameter flight plan yang diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan, didapatkan jumlah citra untuk pemrosesan peta sebanyak 474 citra dengan resolusi 4864 x 3648. Berdasarkan penilitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil berupa peta orthophoto dengan luas area sebesar 0,32 km, serta memiliki resolusi 15879 x 11865 piksel. Peta yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai RMSEr sebesar 3,230079195 dan ketelitian horizontal CE90 sebesar 4,901645178 meter. Kelas ketelitian peta yang dihasilkan terdapat pada kelas 2 ketelitian horizontal pada skala 1:10.000.

The Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Sukolilo campus, which serves as the main campus for academic activities, occupies a land area of 180 hectares. This campus hosts building assets that support 7 faculties and 39 departments, as well as various other facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, a digital map of the ITS area is needed—one that can be updated quickly, accurately, with high resolution, and at an affordable cost to accommodate ongoing developments within the ITS campus. Mapping using UAVs can be conducted at any time, making it possible to produce an up-to-date digital map of the ITS area at a reasonable cost. This research aims to produce a digital orthophoto map of the ITS campus area. The map was generated using a DJI Phantom 4 Pro UAV with a flight plan configured according to requirements. A total of 474 images with a resolution of 4864 x 3648 pixels were captured for map processing. Based on the research conducted, the resulting orthophoto map covers an area of 0.32 km² and has a resolution of 15879 x 11865 pixels. The generated map has an RMSEr value of 3.230079195 and a horizontal accuracy (CE90) of 4.901645178 meters. The resulting map falls under horizontal accuracy class 2 at a scale of 1:10,000.
