Abstract
Info Samsat merupakan aplikasi mobile milik Bapenda Jawa Timur yang mendukung tugas lapangan dalam pelayanan pajak kendaraan bermotor. Namun, versi sebelumnya mengalami kendala kompatibilitas, tampilan antarmuka yang kurang ramah pengguna, serta basis kode yang tidak lagi optimal. Melalui kegiatan kerja praktik ini, dilakukan pengembangan ulang aplikasi menggunakan framework Flutter dan arsitektur MVVM agar lebih modern, stabil, dan mudah dipelihara. Fitur utama mencakup verifikasi perangkat, validasi NIP, serta pencarian data kendaraan berdasarkan nomor polisi. Hasil akhir diharapkan mampu mendukung kinerja petugas dengan antarmuka yang lebih intuitif dan sistem yang dapat berjalan lintas platform.

Info Samsat is a mobile application owned by Bapenda East Java that supports field tasks in motor vehicle tax services. However, the previous version experienced compatibility issues, a less user-friendly interface, and a code base that was no longer optimal. Through this practical work activity, the application was redeveloped using the Flutter framework and MVVM architecture to make it more modern, stable, and maintainable. The main features include device verification, NIP validation, and vehicle data search based on police number. The final result is expected to be able to support officer performance with a more intuitive interface and a system that can run across platforms.
