Abstract

Kawasan Bandar Grissee sebagai prioritas pengembangan wisata religi Islam di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan bagi wisata religi Islam dalam kawasan Bandar Grissee yang memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat mixed method dengan desain explanatory sequential. Mixed method dalam penelitian ini memungkinkan identifikasi masalah melalui data kuantitatif untuk menemukan “apa” masalah yang dirasakan pengunjung, sementara pendekatan kualitatif berfungsi dalam menjelaskan “mengapa” masalah tersebut terjadi dan “bagaimana” solusi yang tepat dengan konteks lapangan. Integrasi kedua pendekatan ini menghasilkan strategi yang berbasis data, namun juga mempertimbangkan kondisi sosial dan kelembagaan di lapangan. Tahap pertama berupa analisis kuantitatif data mining ulasan pengunjung dan analisis sentimen untuk memahami persepsi pengunjung, yang mengungkap dominasi sentimen positif di tiga objek wisata. Tahap kedua pendalaman hasil analisis sentimen menggunakan wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Integrasi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan wisata. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: pertama, hasil analisis sentimen Makam Nyai Ageng Pinatih (95% positif), Masjid Jami' (94.12% positif), dan Makam Maulana Malik Ibrahim (95% positif); teridentifikasi masalah spesifik di masing-masing lokasi, seperti keterbatasan aksesibilitas transportasi di Makam Nyai Ageng Pinatih; minimnya amenitas fasilitas parkir di Masjid Jami', serta kurangnya pelayanan tambahan (ancillary) sistem keamanan yang belum optimal di Makam Maulana Malik Ibrahim; kedua, strategi pengembangan wisata berdasarkan integrasi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif antara lain: (a) standarisasi layanan melalui pelatihan SDM; (b) peningkatan aksesibilitas berbasis infrastruktur, (c) pemeliharaan dan peningkatan fasilitas fisik.

Bandar Grissee area as a priority for the development of Islamic religious tourism in Gresik Regency. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for Islamic religious tourism in the Bandar Grissee area which has great potential to be developed. The research method used is mixed method with explanatory sequential design. Mixed method in this research allows problem identification through quantitative data to find “what” problems perceived by visitors, while the qualitative approach serves in explaining ‘why’ the problem occurs and “how” the solution is appropriate to the field context. The integration of these two approaches results in a strategy that is data-driven, but also considers social and institutional conditions in the field. The first phase was a quantitative data mining analysis of visitor reviews and sentiment analysis to understand visitor perceptions, which revealed the dominance of positive sentiments in the three attractions. The second stage deepened the results of sentiment analysis using interviews and field observations. The integration of quantitative and qualitative data was used to formulate tourism development strategies. The research results are as follows: First, the sentiment analysis results of Nyai Ageng Pinatih Tomb (95% positive), Jami' Mosque (94.12% positive), and Maulana Malik Ibrahim Tomb (95% positive); specific problems were identified in each location, such as limited transportation accessibility at the Nyai Ageng Pinatih Tomb; the lack of amenity parking facilities at the Jami' Mosque, as well as the lack of ancillary services (ancillary) security system that has not been optimal at Maulana Malik Ibrahim Tomb; Second, tourism development strategies based on the integration of quantitative and qualitative data include: (a) standardization of services through HR training; (b) improvement of infrastructure-based accessibility, (c) maintenance and improvement of physical facilities.
