Abstract
Pertumbuhan pasar logistik dan layanan pengiriman paket di Indonesia menunjukkan tren positif, terutama didorong oleh meningkatnya permintaan dari sektor belanja online. Investasi di sektor transportasi dan logistik mencapai puncaknya pada tahun 2020, dengan realisasi investasi mencapai Rp93 triliun, meskipun mengalami penurunan pada tahun berikutnya, investasi kembali tumbuh menjadi Rp75 triliun pada tahun 2022. Meningkatnya jumlah perusahaan layanan pengiriman membuka peluang bagi konsumen untuk mendapatkan variasi pilihan layanan yang lebih kompetitif, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan dalam membandingkan biaya dan memantau pengiriman berdasarkan berbagai pilihan layanan yang ada dan terus bertambah saat ini. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya platform Shipping Aggregator yang dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam merencanakan, mengirim, dan memantau paket. Studi sebelumnya lebih banyak berfokus pada penilaian kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, sementara penelitian ini berupaya mengembangkan solusi integratif untuk pemantauan dan perbandingan biaya pengiriman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan Design Thinking untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan pengguna, serta MoSCoW untuk menentukan prioritas solusi yang akan dikembangkan dalam batasan waktu 2 bulan dan sumber daya 1 orang engineer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna dalam pemantauan dan perbandingan biaya pengiriman, serta mengembangkan platform Shipping Aggregator yang efisien dan mudah digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian berupa user persona, identifikasi masalah inti dan fitur utama seperti comparative features dan tracking features, pemetaan prioritas fitur dengan MoSCoW, pengembangan prototype, hasil pengujian User Experience Questionnaire pada seluruh aspek pengalaman pengguna, hasil tanggapan pengguna melalui Feedback Capture Grid, serta analisis potensi pasar melalui TAM SAM SOM dan strategi bisnis berbasis Business Model Canvas.

The growth of the logistics market and package delivery services in Indonesia shows a positive trend, primarily driven by increasing demand from the online shopping sector. Investment in the transportation and logistics sector peaked in 2020, with realized investments reaching IDR 93 trillion, despite experiencing a decline in the following year, investments rebounded to IDR 75 trillion in 2022. The increasing number of delivery service companies opens opportunities for consumers to obtain more competitive service options but also presents challenges in comparing costs and tracking shipments based on the various existing and growing service options. This research explores the importance of a Shipping Aggregator platform that can facilitate users in planning, sending, and tracking packages. Previous studies have focused more on assessing service quality and customer satisfaction, while this research aims to develop an integrative solution for tracking and comparing shipping costs. The methods used in this research include a qualitative approach with Design Thinking to identify user problems and needs, and MoSCoW to determine solution priorities to be developed within a two-month timeframe and with the resources of one engineer. The study aims to identify and analyze user needs in shipping cost monitoring and comparison, as well as to develop an efficient and user-friendly Shipping Aggregator platform. The outcomes of this research include user personas, identification of core problems and main features such as comparative and tracking features, feature prioritization mapping using MoSCoW, prototype development, User Experience Questionnaire results on all aspects of user experience, user response findings through the Feedback Capture Grid, and market potential analysis using TAM SAM SOM and business strategy using the Business Model Canvas.
