Abstract
Dua diantaranya yang menjadi prioritas untuk segera dikembangkan yaitu Staff believe about benefit of EBS, Employee ability to perform job.

The foundation of every activity that information systems enable is data and information that may be transformed into performance reviews and benchmarks. The company's revenue is increased, competitiveness is raised, and employee satisfaction is bolstered by the quality of the information system. PT X is a corporation that operates in four primary business areas within the electrical sector. The provision of operation and maintenance (O&M) services for power plants is one of them. Digitalised and integrated project management is necessary to boost revenue in the industry. Electronic Business Solution (EBS) is an integrated application solution developed by PT X's Information Systems Department. The EBS application was released in 2019. The average 39 percent difference in the company's revenue data between the application and manual records, however, indicates that the EBS application has not been used to its full potential over the last five years, resulting in a mere 61 percent utilisation rate. Therefore, in order to identify the critical success factors (CSF), an objective management review is required. The purpose of this study is to determine the Critical Success Factors (CSF) and examine the important roles that different elements play in the effective deployment of the EBS application. The methodology combines the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to ascertain the weight of each element with the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method to map the interactions between factors. According to the analysis results based on DEMATEL and ANP, three of the twenty CSF indicators are the most significant and influential in the success of implementing the EBS application. These indicators are: Information Matching, which has the highest D+R value (16.85), positive D-R (0.04), and the highest weight 0.19649; Staff belief about the benefit of EBS, which has the highest D+R value (17.61), positive D-R (0.76), and weight 0.10889; and Employee ability to perform their jobs, which has the highest D+R value (16.90), positive D-R (0.44), and weight 0.14761. Nine out of twenty indicators, according to the results of the CSF evaluation, have fallen short of the company's goals and need to be improved. Three of them are given priority for immediate development: employee task performance, and staff perception of the advantages of EBS.
