Abstract
Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak di Surabaya memiliki fungsi strategis dalam distribusi ke wilayah timur Indonesia. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor KM 22 Tahun 2021, terdapat rencana peningkatan kapasitas layanan dermaga secara terintegrasi untuk mengakomodasi peningkatan aktivitas pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan spesifikasi fender dan bollard pada Dermaga Internasional PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya guna mendukung kebutuhan kapal kontainer berkapasitas hingga 150.000 DWT, sebagai upaya mitigasi kerusakan akibat benturan kapal yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan dalam menentukan jenis, jarak, jumlah dari fender dan bollard serta konfigurasi mooring yang tepat bagi dermaga kontainer. Pada penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan dan analisis data kapal dan lingkungan, perhitungan gaya sandar kapal dan gaya tambat, pemilihan jenis fender dan kapasitas bollard, analisis jarak dan jumlah fender serta bollard, dan konfigurasi mooring yang sesuai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peningkatan kapasitas layanan dermaga di PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya.

Tanjung Perak Port in Surabaya plays a strategic role in distribution to eastern Indonesia. Based on Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor KM 22 Tahun 2021, there is an integrated plan to increase berthing service capacity to accommodate the rising port activities. This study aims to determine the specifications of fenders and bollards at the International Wharf of PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya to support the requirements for container ships with a capacity of up to 150,000 DWT, as a measure to mitigate damage from larger vessel impacts. This research is expected to provide guidance in selecting the appropriate types, spacing, and quantities of fenders, bollards, and mooring configurations for container terminal wharf. The study includes the collection and analysis of ship and environmental data, calculations of berthing and mooring forces, selection of fender types and bollard capacities, analysis of fender and bollard spacing and quantities, and mooring configurations to meet the increased service capacity needs at PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya.
