Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah menerapkan Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Pelaksanaan Jaminan Produk Halal pada tahun 2021 untuk mendukung industri halal di Indonesia. Mayoritas masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia menganggap produk halal sebagai pilihan yang aman dan sesuai syariat Islam. Selain itu, identifikasi Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) menjadi strategi penting bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas produk mereka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang mengintegrasikan Google Maps API dan teknologi KML untuk memetakan PIRT di Jawa Timur, sehingga mempermudah masyarakat Muslim menemukan industri yang halal. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat Jawa Timur dalam mencari produk dan kuliner halal dengan lebih mudah. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar teori dan konsep seperti MVC, ICONIX, HTML, CSS, SQL, Laravel, dan KML. Metodologi penelitian mencakup penentuan rumusan masalah, studi literatur, penggalian kebutuhan, penentuan desain, pembangunan sistem, pengujian sistem, dan pembuatan laporan penelitian.
Dengan penelitian ini telah didapatkan bahwa, pengembangan aplikasi visibilitas PIRT dan sertifikat halal menggunakan Laravel dan Livewire dilakukan secara fleksibel berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna yang terus berubah, dengan fitur efisien seperti riwayat, pencarian, dan pemetaan, meskipun tanpa proses perencanaan mendalam dan mempertimbangkan biaya penggunaan API seperti Google Maps.

The Indonesian government has implemented the Government Regulation on the Implementation of Halal Product Assurance in 2021 to support the halal industry in Indonesia. The majority of Muslims in Indonesia consider halal products as a safe choice and in accordance with Islamic law. In addition, the identification of Household Food Industry (PIRT) is an important strategy for MSMEs to increase the credibility of their products.
This study aims to build an application that integrates Google Maps API and KML technology to map PIRT in East Java, making it easier for Muslims to find halal industries. This application is expected to help the people of East Java in finding halal products and culinary more easily. This study uses basic theories and concepts such as MVC, ICONIX, HTML, CSS, SQL, Laravel, and KML. The research methodology includes determining the formulation of the problem, literature study, needs exploration, determining the design, system development, system testing, and making research reports.
With this research, it has been found that the development of PIRT visibility and halal certificate applications using Laravel and Livewire is carried out flexibly based on changing user needs, with efficient features such as history, search, and mapping, even without an in-depth planning process and considering the cost of using APIs such as Google Maps.
