Abstract

PT SHA SOLO adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi dan penyediaan bahan bakar industri serta bahan bakar kapal, melayani sektor seperti pertambangan, konstruksi, dan perikanan melalui jaringan distribusi yang luas. Saat ini, perusahaan masih mengelola cuti karyawan secara manual menggunakan dokumen berbasis kertas, yang menyebabkan ketidakefisienan, potensi kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan administrasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkanlah Sistem Manajemen Cuti Karyawan menggunakan framework Laravel. Aplikasi berbasis web ini mempermudah proses pengajuan, persetujuan, dan pelacakan cuti. Fitur utama meliputi pengajuan cuti oleh karyawan, persetujuan atau penolakan cuti oleh admin, serta pencatatan riwayat cuti. Sistem ini menggunakan SQLite sebagai basis data, sehingga ringan dan mudah diterapkan. Dengan digitalisasi proses manajemen cuti, aplikasi ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, dan alur kerja secara keseluruhan di PT SHA SOLO.

PT SHA SOLO is a company engaged in the distribution and supply of industrial and marine fuel, serving sectors such as mining, construction, and fisheries through an extensive distribution network. Currently, the company manages employee leave manually using paper-based documentation, leading to inefficiencies, potential data loss, and administrative delays. To address these issues, an Employee Leave Management System was developed using the Laravel framework. This web-based application streamlines the process of submitting, approving, and tracking leave requests. Key features include leave request submission by employees, leave approval or rejection by administrators, and a history log of all leave records. The system utilizes SQLite as its database, offering a lightweight and easily deployable solution. By digitizing the leave management process, this application aims to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and overall workflow within PT SHA SOLO.
