Abstract
Penelitian ini membandingkan metode Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), dan Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) dalam memprediksi total pengajuan klaim dari produk Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) di PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesian (Jamkrindo) Cabang Surabaya. Data yang digunakan adalah total pengajuan klaim mingguan selama 75 minggu dari tanggal 27 Februari 2023 sampai 28 Juli 2024. Didapatkan Moving Average dengan length 3 menunjukkan kinerja terbaik dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 0,264926 dan nilai MAD sebesar 0,001739 sehingga didapatkan peramalan untuk 5 minggu setelahnya sebesar 0,708726717 miliar yang menunjukkan terdapat penurunan dalam total pengajuan klaim KUR di PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia Cabang Surabaya.

This study compares the Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) methods in predicting the total claim submissions for the People's Business Credit (KUR) product at PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) Surabaya Branch. The data used is the total weekly claim submissions for 75 weeks from February 27, 2023, to July 28, 2024. The Moving Average with a length of 3 showed the best performance with a MAPE value of 0.264926 and a MAD value of 0.001739 so that the forecast for the following 5 weeks was 0.708726717 billion, indicating a decrease in the total KUR claim submissions at PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia Surabaya Branch.
