Abstract

Teknologi dalam berbagai bidang seperti otomasi dan robotika memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor industri, pendidikan, dan penelitian dengan salah satu elemen penting dalam otomasi adalah penggunaan sistem gerak yang fleksibel, terutama pada sistem yang mampu bergerak pada tiga axis, yaitu pada axis X, Y, dan Z. Sistem penggerak tiga axis dapat banyak digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi, salah satunya pada perangkat pengujian otomatis yang hasil dari dampaknya dapat dilihat secara langsung. Oleh karena itu proyek akhir ini mengajukan simulator dengan gerak tiga axis, dimana pergerakan pada axis X dan Y diatur menggunakan driver TB6600 yang mengirim sinyal pulse pada stepper nema 17, dan pada axis Z pergerakan menggunakan linear actuator SY-0A2B yang bergerak dengan kecepatan konstan. Pergerakan ke-tiga actuator ini akan dicatat dan menjadi spesifikasi simulator yang nantinya dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut lagi.

Technology in various fields such as automation and robotics has a significant impact on various industrial sectors, education, and research with one of the important elements in automation being the use of flexible motion systems, especially in systems capable of moving on three axes, namely on the X, Y, and Z axes. Three-axis drive systems can be widely used in various applications, one of which is in automatic testing devices whose impact results can be seen directly. Therefore, this final project proposes a simulator with three-axis motion, where the movement on the X and Y axes is controlled using the TB6600 driver which sends a pulse signal to the nema 17 stepper, and on the Z axis the movement uses the SY- 0A2B linear actuator which moves at a constant speed. The movement of these three actuators will be recorded and become the simulator specifications which can be further developed.
