Abstract
Pantai Kenjeran merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan Kota Surabaya. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu pantai ini mengalami erosi yang mengakibatkan perubahan morfologi pantai dan menurunnya daya tarik wisata. Sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi erosi dan mengembalikan morfologi pantai, direncanakan kegiatan beach nourishment (penambahan pasir pada pantai yang terkikis). Beach nourishment merupakan metode yang ramah lingkungan dan efektif untuk pemulihan pantai, serta dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisata dengan memperbaiki profil pantai yang terkikis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk study aspek teknis dari perencanaan pekerjaan beach nourishment di Pantai Kenjeran dengan mempertahankan equilibrium beach profile konsep. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan desain area dengan luas 32.978,713 m2 serta elevasi yang dibagi 2 yakni 1 m dan -0,4 m dan desain kemiringan pantai sebesar 1:15 atau 6,67%. Material timbunan yang dipilih berupa pasir halus (berwarna putih) dengan diameter 0,5 - 1 mm, serta volume kebutuhan material timbunan sebesar 12.137,44 m3 dan dilakukan penambahan material timbunan sebesar 40% dari volume kebutuhan material timbunan sehingga menghasilkan total akhir kebutuhan material timbunan sebesar 16.992,416 m3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perubahan morfologi, dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi perubahan garis pantai yang relatif kecil, serta terjadi perubahan profil pantai yang lebih landai dan adaptif menuju equilibrium beach profile. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan atau rujukan serta bahan pertimbangan bagi pengelola Pantai Kenjeran untuk mengembalikan morfologi pantai dan meningkatkan daya tarik wisata.

Kenjeran Beach is one of the leading tourist destinations in Surabaya City. However, over time this beach experienced erosion which resulted in changes in beach morphology and decreased tourist attractiveness. As an effort to overcome erosion and restore the morphology of the beach, beach nourishment activities are planned (adding sand to the eroded beach). Beach nourishment is an environmentally friendly and effective method for beach restoration, and can increase tourist attraction by improving the profile of eroded beaches. This research aims to study the technical aspects of planning beach nourishment works at Kenjeran Beach by maintaining the equilibrium beach profile concept. This research resulted in the design of an area with an area of 32,978.713 m2 and elevations divided by 2, namely 1 m and -0.4 m and a beach slope design of 1:15 or 6.67%. The selected embankment material is fine sand (white) with a diameter of 0.5 - 1 mm, and the volume of embankment material requirements is 12,137.44 m3 and the addition of embankment material is 40% of the volume of embankment material requirements resulting in a final total of 16,992.416 m3 of embankment material requirements. Based on the results of the analysis of morphological changes, it can be seen that there is a relatively small change in the coastline, and there is a change in the beach profile that is more sloping and adaptive towards an equilibrium beach profile. This research is expected to be a reference or reference and consideration for the manager of Kenjeran Beach to restore beach morphology and increase tourist attractiveness.
