Abstract

PT XYZ melakukan 3 model bisnis, yaitu Business to Customer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), dan Business to Government (B2G).

This study focuses on the analysis to determine and identify the performance of the supply chain process at PT XYZ in running Business to Government (B2G) with a lean perspective and to choose a strategy to increase the fulfillment of government demand for goods in companies engaged in the electronics manufacturing industry. PT XYZ carries out 3 business models, namely Business to Customer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), and Business to Government (B2G). The selection of B2G in the study because B2G is one of the company's largest revenue contributors, which is 27% of the total fiscal years 2023 and 2024. The analysis is also based on the delay in delivery of goods carried out by the company so that it received a penalty in Q2 of fiscal year 2023 of IDR 106,493,988 and several reprimands from its customers. The Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method is used to describe the total series of processes that occur from order receipt information to delivery of finished products to customers. The Balanced Score-card (BSC) approach with four existing perspectives is considered to provide guidance in measuring the performance of the supply chain and the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method is used as a tool to select alternative criteria as a strategy in fulfilling government goods demand. The results of this study are a lean level of 12.12% in the supply chain process that occurs at PT XYZ. The obstacles experienced by PT XYZ are the high value of total inventory and freight costs, as well as the long internal approval lead time for the distributor credit limit approval process. The best strategy chosen is the alternative criteria of customer delivery lead time, acceleration of the internal approval process, and efficiency of freight cost material.
