Abstract

PT PLN Nusantara Power Services adalah anak perusahaan dari PT PLN Nusantara Power, yang didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lini bisnis dalam memberikan jasa operasi dan pemeliharaan unit pembangkit listrik. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan di perusahaan ini dengan fokus pada bidang Procurement Operation & Maintenance (O&M). Selama pelaksanaannya, diperoleh pemahaman mengenai budaya kerja perusahaan serta pengembangan etos kerja seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme. Pengalaman teknis mencakup proses pengadaan material dan jasa untuk mendukung operasional dan pemeliharaan pembangkit, dengan penerapan materi perkuliahan seperti Peluang Terapan, Eksplorasi dan Visualisasi Data, serta Pembelajaran Mesin. Tugas khusus yang diselesaikan meliputi pembuatan Dashboard Procurement O&M sebagai alat bantu monitoring pengadaan, terdiri dari enam bagian utama yang menampilkan data rekapitulasi pelaksanaan, bidang, metode proses, serta PIC. Selain itu, dibuat pula video tutorial pembaruan dashboard dan infografis alur pengadaan langsung yang menunjukkan bahwa metode pengadaan yang paling umum digunakan. Analisis prediksi leadtime dilakukan menggunakan metode Decision Tree, dengan hasil bahwa metode proses, bidang, dan nilai merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi leadtime. Fold 4 dipilih sebagai model terbaik dengan RMSE 21,334 dan MAE 15,886.

PT PLN Nusantara Power Services is a subsidiary of PT PLN Nusantara Power, established to meet business line needs in providing operation and maintenance services for power generation units. The internship program was conducted in this company with a focus on Procurement Operation & Maintenance (O&M). Throughout the program, an understanding of the company’s work culture was gained, along with the development of work ethics such as discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Technical experience included the procurement process of materials and services to support the operation and maintenance of power plants, applying academic knowledge such as Applied Probability, Data Exploration and Visualization, and Machine Learning. A special project was completed, involving the development of a Procurement O&M Dashboard as a monitoring tool, consisting of six main sections presenting data on overall execution, departments, procurement methods, and PICs. Additionally, a video tutorial on dashboard updates and an infographic explaining the direct procurement process were created, highlighting that the most commonly used procurement method is direct procurement. Lead time prediction analysis was conducted using the Decision Tree method, revealing that the procurement method, department, and value are the key factors influencing lead time. Based on the 5-Fold Cross Validation, Fold 4 was selected as the best-performing model with an RMSE of 21.334 and an MAE of 15.886.
