Abstract

Sistem informasi kesehatan (SIK) merupakan bagian dari sistem kesehatan nasional yang mencakup data, informasi, parameter, metode, peralatan, teknologi, dan perangkat pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang saling berhubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status penerapan SIK dibeberapa wilayah Indonesia dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi luaran penerapan SIK, seperti sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan permasalahan sektor kesehatan terkait. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka terhadap jurnal-jurnal yang diterbitkan di seluruh Indonesia dan luar negeri. Selain itu, standar yang digunakan juga mengacu pada kementerian kesehatan RI dan Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia. Hasil kajian diharapkan dapat menjadi analisis tren penggunaan sistem informasi kesehatan yang dipertimbangkan berdasarkan infrastruktur yang saling berhubungan, alat pengelolaan data, informasi, parameter, metode, peralatan, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia.

Health information system (SIK) is part of the national health system that includes interconnected data, information, parameters, methods, equipment, technology, and human resource management tools. This study aims to determine the status of SIK implementation in Puskesmas in several regions of Indonesia and factors that affect the output of SIK implementation, such as human resources, infrastructure, and related health sector problems. The methods used is a literature review of journals published throughout Indonesia and abroad. In addition, the standards used also refer to the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization. The results of the study are expected to be an analysis of trends in the use of health information systems that are considered based on interconnected infrastructure, data management tools, information, paramaters, method, equipment, technology, and human resources.
