Abstract
Peralihan menuju kendaraan listrik merupakan salah satu solusi upaya mengurangi emisi karbon. Seiring dengan kebijakan pemerintah dan meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan, indonesia sudah mulai mengadopsi penggunaan kendaraan listrik.namun, penggunaan kendaraan listrik masih memiliki tantangan berupa infrastruktur pendukung yang belum tersebar merata. Penambahan infrastruktur pendukung, khususnya stasiun pengisian kendaraan listrik umum harus terencana dan mempertimbangkan kondisi teknis jaringan distribusi listrik agar tidak menimbulkan permasalahan pada jaringan distribusi listrik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian bertujuan menentukan titik lokasi optimal spklu dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi teknis sistem distribusi listrik. Fungsi tujuan yang dicoba dioptimalkan yaitu minimisasi rugi daya aktif dan deviasi tegangan. Teknik optimasi firefly algorithm (FA) digunakan untuk penentuan lokasi penempatan spklu yang optimal di sistem distribusi. Penempatan titik optimal spklu dicoba untuk diterapkan pada model sistem jaringan distribusi kota gorontalo, menggunakan bantuan software matlab. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa metode optimasi yang diusulkan mampu memberikan solusi yang lebih unggul dibandingkan penempatan acak atau intuitif. Titik penempatan yang ditemukan oleh FA secara konsisten berhasil menekan kenaikan rugi-rugi daya, menjaga profil tegangan tetap dan deviasi tegangan. Hasil simulasi optimasi FA di sistem kota Gorontalo menunjukkan peningkatan rugi daya pada penempatan spklu kapasitas 50 kW dan 100 kW adalah 0,0010 MW (0,08%) dan 0,0013 MW (0,10%). Penelitian ini dapat menjadi sebuah kerangka kerja acuan bagi perusahaan utilitas kelistrikan dalam merencanakan pembangunan infrastruktur kendaraan listrik secara efisien dan selaras dengan upaya menjaga keandalan serta kualitas pasokan listrik

The transition to electric vehicles is one solution to reduce carbon emissions. Driven by government policies and increasing environmental awareness, Indonesia has begun to adopt EVs. However, EV adoption still faces challenges, primarily due to an unevenly distributed supporting infrastructure. The expansion of this infrastructure, especially public electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS), must be well-planned and consider the technical conditions of the electrical distribution network to avoid causing issues. Therefore, the study aims to determine the optimal location of the SPKLU by considering the technical conditions of the electrical distribution system. The objective functions optimized are the minimization of active power losses and voltage deviation. The Firefly Algorithm (FA) optimization technique is used to determine the optimal EVCS placement in the distribution system. The EVCS optimal placement tried to be applied to the Gorontalo City distribution network system model, using MATLAB software. simulation results show that the proposed optimization method provides better solutions compared to random or intuitive placement. The placement points identified by the FA consistently succeed in minimizing power losses increases, maintaining the voltage profile, and controlling voltage deviation. The optimization simulation results for FA in the Gorontalo distribution system show the increase in power loss for 50 kW and 100 kW EVCS placement is 0.0010 MW (0.08%) and 0.0013 MW (0.10%), respectively. This research can serve as a reference framework for electric utility companies in planning EV infrastructure development efficiently and in alignment with efforts to maintain the reliability and quality of electricity supply.
