Abstract
Surabaya merupakan kota yang dijadikan lokasi Proyek Strategis Nasional. Proyek ini merupakan proyek reklamasi pulau dengan luas ± 1.100 Ha yang berada di area perairan timur Kota Surabaya. Dengan adanya rencana proyek reklamasi tersebut, penelitian terkait pengaruh reklamasi pada pantai Surabaya timur terhadap pola arus dan sedimentasi perlu dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemodelan numerik menggunakan perangkat lunak Delft3D. Akurasi model divalidasi dengan membandingkan hasil model terhadap data aktual di lapangan menggunakan metode RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE. Pada musim barat, nilai RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE berturut turut sebesar 0,281 m, 0,228 m dan 12,49 %. Sedangkan, pada musim timur nilai RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE berturut turut sebesar 0,181 m, 0,143 m dan 7,20 %. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan pola arus setelah dilakukan reklamasi,
terutama pada sekitar pulau reklamasi. Pada musim barat, di sisi dalam pulau saat pasang tertinggi kecepatan arus mengalami perubahan dari 0,01–0,05 m/s menjadi 0,03–0,07 m/s, kemudian pada surut terendah terjadi penurunan dari 0,00–0,20 m/s menjadi 0,04–0,25 m/s. Pada musim timur, perubahan kecepatan arus di sisi dalam saat pasang tertinggi dari 0,03–0,15 m/s menjadi 0,10–0,35 m/s. Kemudian, pada surut terendah terjadi perubahan dari 0,00–0,22 m/s menjadi 0,09–0,30 m/s. Hasil untuk sedimentasi sebelum reklamasi tersebar merata di sepanjang garis pantai dengan akumulasi 0,5–>1,5 m/tahun, terutama di area dekat muara sungai akibat melambatnya kecepatan arus. Pasca reklamasi, keseluruhan area didominasi terjadi sedimentasi dengan nilai 0,5-1,5 m/tahun. Namun, pada beberapa lokasi tetap terjadi
erosi. Erosi terjadi pada area kanal antara pulau B dan C dengan nilai erosi -0,5 - -1,5 m/tahun. Kemudian, pada sisi dalam pulau reklamasi juga terjadi erosi yang cukup signifikan dengan nilai -0,5 - -1,5 m/tahun.

Surabaya is a city designated as the location for the National Strategic Project. This project is an island reclamation project covering an area of approximately 1,100 hectares located in the eastern waters of Surabaya City. With the plan for the reclamation project, research on the impact of reclamation on the eastern Surabaya coast on current patterns and sedimentation needs to be conducted. The method used is numerical modeling using the Delft3D software. The model's accuracy is validated by comparing the model results with actual field data using the RMSE, MAE, and MAPE methods. In the western season, the RMSE, MAE,
and MAPE values are 0.281 m, 0.228 m, and 12.49%, respectively. Meanwhile, in the eastern season, the RMSE, MAE, and MAPE values are 0.181 m, 0.143 m, and 7.20%, respectively. The modeling results indicate that there is a change in the current pattern after reclamation,
especially around the reclamation island. In the western season, on the inner side of the island during the highest tide, the current speed changed from 0.01–0.05 m/s to 0.03–0.07 m/s, then during the lowest ebb, it decreased from 0.00–0.20 m/s to 0.04–0.25 m/s. In the eastern season,
the change in current speed on the inner side during the highest tide was from 0.03–0.15 m/s to 0.10–0.35 m/s. Then, during the lowest ebb, it changed from 0.00–0.22 m/s to 0.09–0.30 m/s. The results for sedimentation before reclamation are evenly distributed along the coastline with
an accumulation of 0.5–>1.5 m/year, especially in areas near river mouths due to the slowing of current speed. Post-reclamation, the entire area is dominated by sedimentation with a value of 0.5-1.5 m/year. However, erosion still occurs in some locations. Erosion occurs in the canal
area between islands B and C with an erosion value of -0.5 to -1.5 m/year. Additionally, significant erosion also occurs on the inner side of the reclamation island with a value of -0.5 to -1.5 m/year.
