Abstract
Rendahnya rasio wirausaha dan tingginya tingkat pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, khususnya di Surabaya, mengindikasikan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan Entrepreneurial Intention di kalangan mahasiswa. Dalam konteks ini, Entrepreneurship Education dan Digital Competencies menjadi faktor kunci yang dapat mendorong tumbuhnya niat berwirausaha, dengan Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy sebagai mekanisme psikologis yang dapat memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Entrepreneurship Education dan Digital Competencies terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention, dengan mempertimbangkan peran Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Penelitian ini melibatkan 261 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Surabaya yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan aktif memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Entrepreneurship Education dan Digital Competencies berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention, dan efek tersebut dimediasi secara signifikan oleh Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam memahami peran Entrepreneurship Education dan Digital Competencies dalam membentuk Entrepreneurial Intention, serta dapat digunakan sebagai landasan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan program untuk memperkuat ekosistem kewirausahaan di tingkat perguruan tinggi.

The low rate of entrepreneurship and high unemployment among university graduates in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya, highlight the urgent need to foster Entrepreneurial Intention among students. In this context, Entrepreneurship Education and Digital Competencies serve as key factors that can stimulate the growth of entrepreneurial intention, with Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy acting as a psychological mechanism that strengthens this relationship. This study aims to analyze the effects of Entrepreneurship Education and Digital Competencies on Entrepreneurial Intention, while considering the mediating role of Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) method, utilizing SmartPLS 4 software. The sample comprised 261 students from various universities in Surabaya who have taken entrepreneurship courses and actively utilize digital technology in their daily lives. The results show that both Entrepreneurship Education and Digital Competencies have a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention, and this effect is significantly mediated by Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy. These findings contribute both theoretically and practically to understanding the role of Entrepreneurship Education and Digital Competencies in shaping Entrepreneurial Intention, and can serve as a foundation for the development of policies and programs to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem within higher education institutions.
