Abstract
Teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) telah berkembang pesat dan menjadi standar dalam industri arsitektur dan konstruksi. Penerapan metode interoperabilitas BIM memberikan kemajuan signifikan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pemeliharaan proyek konstruksi, dengan meningkatkan koordinasi antar disiplin ilmu, termasuk Arsitektur, Struktur, dan MEP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi metode interoperabilitas dalam alur kerja perencanaan dan analisis struktur yang efektif dan praktis. Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah perencanaan struktur gedung bertingkat 14 lantai yang dirancang menggunakan pendekatan integrasi rancang dan bangun. Evaluasi komparatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan integrasi software Revit-ETABS dan Revit-RSAP berdasarkan waktu, kompleksitas, serta fitur dan fungsi software yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan interoperabilitas BIM pada integrasi Revit-ETABS dan Revit-RSAP memiliki kesamaan dalam tahapan analisis dan desain, namun perbedaan terletak pada kemudahan penggunaan, kecepatan sistem, kompleksitas software, dan kelengkapan fitur. Salah satu perbedaan besar dari metode interoperabilitas BIM Revit-ETABS adalah ketidakmampuan dalam mengekspor desain tulangan dari ETABS kembali ke Revit. Hasil analisis perbandingan gaya dalam antara software ETABS dan RSAP pada model sederhana menunjukkan perbedaan kurang dari 1%. Selain itu, perbandingan hasil analisis struktur pada struktur gedung bertingkat menunjukkan perbedaan gaya dalam dan periode struktur rata-rata sebesar 2% untuk kolom, 4,2% untuk balok, dan 1,09% untuk periode struktur yang disebabkan oleh teori pendekatan elemen, solver software, dan konfigurasi internal antara kedua software. Desain penulangan pada kedua software juga berbeda, ETABS mengandalkan luasan tulangan yang dibutuhkan yang kemudian dikelola secara permanen sesuai alur komputasi sistem ETABS sedangkan RSAP memberikan fleksibilitas dalam konfigurasi tulangan yang kemudian dilakukan pengecekan terhadap hasil analisis dan kesesuaian standart desain. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi komparasi alur kerja, metode interoperabilitas BIM dengan integrasi Revit-RSAP menunjukkan keunggulan dalam hal kompleksitas dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penerapan metode ini dalam praktik nyata di industri konstruksi.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has rapidly developed and become the standard in the architecture and construction industries. The application of BIM interoperability methods has significantly advanced the planning, execution, and maintenance of construction projects by enhancing coordination across disciplines, including Architecture, Structure, and MEP. The objective of this study is to identify effective and practical interoperability methods within the workflow of structural planning and analysis. The case study used involves the structural planning of a 14-story designed using an integrated design and build approach. A comparative evaluation was conducted using the integration of Revit-ETABS and Revit-RSAP software based on time, complexity, and the features and functions of the software used. The results show that the implementation of BIM interoperability in Revit-ETABS and Revit-RSAP integration shares similarities in the analysis and design phases. However, differences lie in ease of use, system speed, software complexity, and feature completeness. One major limitation of the Revit-ETABS interoperability method is the inability to export reinforcement designs from ETABS back into Revit. Comparative analysis of internal forces between ETABS and RSAP on a simple model showed differences of less than 1%. In addition, structural analysis comparison on a high-rise building showed average differences in internal forces and structural periods of 2% for columns, 4.2% for beams, and 1.09% for structural periods, caused by differences in element theory, software solvers, and internal configurations between the two software programs. Reinforcement design also varies, with ETABS relying on required reinforcement areas managed permanently according to its computational workflow, while RSAP offers more flexibility in reinforcement configuration, followed by verification against analysis results and compliance with design standards. Based on the workflow comparison evaluation, the BIM interoperability method integrated with Revit-RSAP demonstrates superiority in terms of complexity and is recommended for implementation in real-world construction industry practices.
