Abstract

Penumpukan limbah plastik yang terus meningkat di Indonesia menjadi masalah lingkungan yang serius. Salah satu solusi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini dengan mengembangkan produk berbasis polimer daur ulang melalui teknologi manufaktur aditif. Oleh karena itu penelitian membahas pengembangan produk dekorasi interior khususnya 3D printing, dengan menggunakan polimer daur ulang. Menggunakan 3 dimensi pengembangan produk terdiri dari kualitas produk, fungsi produk, dan harga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan R&D dengan implementasi QFD. Voice of Customer (VoC) diperoleh melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Kajian lapangan dengan expert designer dilakukan untuk menvalidasi atribut, sehingga menghasilkan customer needs. Hasil analisis pengelolaan QFD menghasilkan komponen matriks HOQ dengan 14 technical priority sebagai perancangan pengembangan produk lampu, Berdasarkan HOQ tersebut, desain lampu dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan menghasilkan produk lampu Minimum Viable Product (MVP) antara lain: membentuk desain sesuai dengan tren dekorasi ruang, membentuk desain lampu dengan mode pencahayaan reading dan sleep, membentuk desain sederhana dan elegan, membentuk skema harga sesuai dengan model dan fitur, menambahkan uji mekanis untuk memastikan keandalan, memastikan polimer daur ulang diproses agar tahan lama, menambahkan bukti uji kualitas pada informasi produk, membuat kontrol kualitas ketat di tiap produksi, menambahkan desain untuk menarik perhatian, membuat garansi satu tahun untuk jaminan kualitas, membentuk fitur pengatur waktu otomatis, menambahkan promosi bundling dengan produk terkait meningkatkan daya saing, menambahkan informasi bahan daur ulang pada kemasan, serta membuat fitur kontrol pencahayaan lewat aplikasi.

The ever-increasing accumulation of plastic waste in Indonesia is becoming a serious environmental problem. One of the proposed solutions to overcome this problem is to develop recycled polymer-based products through additive manufacturing technology. Therefore, the research discusses developing interior decoration products, especially 3D printing, using recycled polymers. using 3 dimensions of Product Development consists of Product Quality, Product Functionality, and Price. Research using R&D approach with QFD Implementation. Voice of Customer (VoC) was obtained through interviews and questionnaires. From the results of QFD Management Produce HOQ matrix components with 14 Technical Priority as the design of lamp product development, Based on the HOQ, lamp design is designed to meet consumer needs by producing MVP lamp products, among others: Forming a design in accordance with space decoration trends, Forming a lamp design with reading and sleep lighting modes, Forming a simple and elegant design, Forming a price scheme according to models and features, Adding mechanical tests to ensure reliability, Ensuring Recycled Polymers are processed for durability, Adding Proof of Quality Tests to product information, Making strict quality control in each production, Adding a design to attract attention, Making a one-year warranty for cauldron assurance.
