Abstract
Pada sektor industri, Kestabilan dan Keamanan sistem kelistrikan menjadi hal utama dalam menjaga kontinuitas dan keandalan operasi sistem tenaga. PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT), merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang didirikan sebagai pelopor industri pada bidang gas ammonia dan pupuk urea. Untuk memastikan daya serta upaya pengembangan tercukupi sesuai kebutuhan. PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur melaksanakan penambahan pembangkit berbasis Green Energy Technology keunggulan yang dimiliki berupa efisiensi tinggi dan ramah lingkungan yaitu Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) atau bisa disebut dengan photovoltaic untuk memenuhi penghargaan tertinggi PROPER Gold. Pembangkit tenaga listrik pada sistem kelistrikan seringkali terjadi gangguan yang tidak diinginkan terjadinya pembebanan secara tiba-tiba dan trip generator. Pembangkit tidak mampu menyuplai energi listrik ditandai dengan penurunan frekuensi dan kemungkinan buruk yang terjadi yaitu pemadaman total (blackout). Demi menjaga kestabilan dan keamanan agar nilai frekuensi pada batas yang diizinkan akibat adanya penambahan beban photovoltaic, melalui tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis kestabilan transien dengan studi kasus generator lepas serta skema peminimalisir frekuensi apabila terjadi gangguan yang tidak diinginkan pada PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur yakni dengan mekanisme pelepasan beban (load shedding) sistem kelistrikan. Sistem load shedding direncanakan melalui mekanisme status indikasi dan standar frekuensi dengan mempertimbangkan aliran daya dan studi kasus kestabilan transien pada sistem kelistrikan PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur yang diharapkan mampu memberi pola mekanisme pelepasan beban seminimal mungkin sesuai standar sehingga pemulihan dan pengamanan sistem secara cepat dan kestabilan sistem kelistrikan dipertahankan.

In the industrial sector, the stability and security of the electricity system is the main thing in maintaining the continuity and reliability of power system operations. PT.Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT), is a state-owned company established as the pioneer of the industry in the field of Ammonia Gas and Urea Fertilizer. To ensure power and development efforts are sufficient as needed. PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur implemented the addition of a Green Energy Technology-based power plant owned advantages in the form of high efficiency and environmentally friendly, namely the Solar Power Plant or can be called photovoltaic to meet the highest award PROPER Gold.Power plants in the electricity system often occur unwanted disturbances in the occurrence of sudden loading and trip generators. The plant is unable to supply electrical energy characterized by a decrease in frequency and the worst possibility that occurs is a total blackout. In order to maintain stability and security so that the frequency value is at the permissible limit due to the addition of photovoltaic loads, through this final task, a transient stability analysis is carried out with a case study of a loose generator and a frequency minimization scheme in the event of an unwanted disturbance at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, namely with the mechanism of releasingthe load (load shedding) of the electricity system.The load shedding system is planned through the mechanism of status indication and frequency standard by considering the following power flow and transient stabilitycase study on the electricity system of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur which is expected to be able to provide a recommendation pattern for the minimum load shedding mechanism according to the standard so that the system recovery and security is fast and the stability of the electricity system is maintained.
