Abstract

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance has become a crucial benchmark for assessing corporate sustainability and resilience. As a subsidiary of a national telecommunications company, PT XYZ plays a strategic role in contributing to the group’s ESG commitment. However, the company currently lacks a structured ESG scoring framework and tailored improvement strategy. This research aims to develop a comprehensive ESG measurement framework and formulate strategies that align with PT XYZ’s business context and Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan (RJPP). The framework integrates global ESG disclosure standards, including GRI and SASB, and local IDX metrics. It evaluates ESG performance across 60 indicators which are 13 for Environmental, 22 for Social, and 25 for Governance using a weighted scoring system with a 1–5 scale. Following the measurement, this study formulates 24 ESG improvement strategies derived from the performance gaps and PT XYZ’s RJPP, mapped across Environmental (E0.1–E0.9), Social (S0.1–S0.3), and Governance (G0.1–G0.12). The result is an actionable roadmap to enhance ESG performance, stakeholder trust, and alignment with the corporate group’s sustainability targets. This study contributes a scalable ESG strategy model that balances compliance, risk mitigation, and value creation for PT XYZ and similar organizations.

Kinerja Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) telah menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai keberlanjutan dan ketahanan perusahaan. Sebagai anak perusahaan dari perusahaan telekomunikasi nasional, PT XYZ memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung komitmen ESG kelompok usaha. Namun, PT XYZ belum memiliki kerangka pengukuran ESG skor yang terstruktur serta strategi peningkatan yang disesuaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kerangka pengukuran ESG yang komprehensif dan merumuskan strategi ESG yang selaras dengan konteks bisnis dan Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan (RJPP) PT XYZ. Kerangka kerja ini mengintegrasikan standar pengungkapan ESG global seperti GRI dan SASB, serta indeks ESG dari IDX. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap 60 indikator ESG yaitu 13 untuk aspek Environmental, 22 untuk Social, dan 25 untuk Governance dengan sistem pembobotan dan skala penilaian 1–5. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, penelitian ini merumuskan 24 strategi peningkatan ESG yang diturunkan dari kesenjangan performa dan dokumen RJPP, terbagi ke dalam Environmental (E0.1–E0.9), Social (S0.1–S0.3), dan Governance (G0.1–G0.12). Hasilnya adalah peta jalan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk meningkatkan kinerja ESG, kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, serta keselarasan dengan target keberlanjutan kelompok usaha. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa model strategi ESG yang dapat direplikasi, menggabungkan kepatuhan, mitigasi risiko, dan penciptaan nilai bagi PT XYZ dan organisasi sejenis lainnya.
