Abstract
Perencanaan karier adalah proses penting dalam membantu individu memahami dan merencanakan aspek-aspek karier mereka untuk mencapai tujuan profesional mereka. Saat ini sistem rekomendasi yang ada belum cukup personal dan sering kali tidak memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka prototype platform perencanaan karier berbasis aplikasi website dengan pendekatan Design Thinking. Penelitian diawali dengan wawancara terhadap 30 mahasiswa untuk menggali tantangan perencanaan karier, seperti kurangnya persiapan dini, keterbatasan informasi dan rendahnya kepercayaan diri. Hasil wawancara dianalisis menggunakan empathy map, affinity diagram, dan user persona untuk merumuskan kebutuhan. Empat fitur utama dirancang yaitu Career Explore, Career Match, Career Tracker, dan Career Reflection. Tahap prototype dibagi menjadi dua tahapan, low-fidelity dan high-fidelity prototyping. Sebanyak 23 task flow disusun yang kemudian dirangkum menjadi 10 task skenario uji. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan skor SUS dari 80,7 menjadi 92,3, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada iterasi kedua. Prototype dinilai telah memenuhi lima komponen usability Nielsen, learnability, efficiency, memorability, low error, dan satisfaction. Temuan ini menunjukkan pendekatan Design Thinking mampu menghasilkan desain antarmuka yang relevan dan berorientasi kebutuhan pengguna.

Career planning is a crucial process to help individuals understand and organize aspects related to their career paths and achieve their professional goals. Currently, existing recommendation systems are not sufficiently personalized and often fail to meet the needs of students optimally. In order to investigate issues with career planning, including inadequate early preparation, restricted information availability, and poor self-confidence, the study started with interviews with thirty students. In order to determine user needs, the results were examined using empathy maps, affinity diagrams, and user personas. Career Explore, Career Match, Career Tracker, and Career Reflection are the four primary elements that were created. There were both low-fidelity and high-fidelity stages in the prototyping phase. Ten primary testing scenarios were created from a total of twenty-three job flows. According to usability testing data, the second iteration's task success rate was 100%, and SUS scores increased from 80.7 to 92.3. Learnability, efficiency, memorability, low error, and satisfaction are the five Nielsen usability components that the prototype was found to achieve. According to these results, the Design Thinking methodology successfully creates a user interface design that is both pertinent and user-centered.
