Abstract

Quality Management Systems (QMS) play an important role in ensuring that products and services meet the established quality standards. However, QMS are often not integrated with other relevant systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), resulting in data being separated between systems and causing inefficiencies in data management processes. This final project develops a QMS based on microservices architecture integrated with ERP, SRM, and CRM systems. The system is built as a web-based application involving three types of users such as Industry, Supplier, and Retail using Next.js for frontend, Express for backend, Hugging Face for model forecasting, and Docker for deployment. The QMS consists of five modules, which are Dashboard Quality Management, Relationship Management, KPI Management, Risk Management, and Data Intelligence Management, which can operate independently. The microservices architecture provides flexibility in module development and maintenance, scalability improvements, and ease in making feature adjustments according to business needs. Evaluation results show functional testing through scenario testing achieved a 100% success rate, SonarQube generated Quality Gate "Passed" status, and JMeter proved the system can handle 1000 users with a throughput of 49.4 requests per second without errors. The forecasting model using TKAN achieved the best results on Raw Material Production with 4.51% MAPE. This microservices-based QMS successfully improves comprehensive quality management with effective data integration across systems.
