Abstract
Kebutuhan daya listrik di provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, peningkatan ini terjadi karena adanya pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan peningkatan aktifitas industri pada masing-masing wilayah. Sebagai sistem kelistrikan dari provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo, sistem kelistrikan Sulbagut harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan daya listrik dengan baik. Sehingga diperlukan perencanaan terhadap proses operasi transfer daya pada sistem interkoneksi Sulbagut. Oleh sebab itu, pada Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan evaluasi Available Transfer Capability (ATC) pada sistem interkoneksi Sulbagut menggunakan algoritma Moth-Flame Optimization (MFO). Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, transfer daya yang masih bisa ditambahkan diatas operasi yang sudah dikomitmenkan pada sistem interkoneksi antara Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo sebesar 3,19 MW dengan sudah mempertimbangkan batasan tegangan, termal, dan kondisi kontingensi. Jika dibandingkan dengan metode RPF, algoritma MFO menghasilkan nilai ATC lebih tinggi sebesar 143,01%, sehingga membuktikan keunggulan akurasi dari algoritma MFO dibandingkan metode konvensional pada evaluasi ATC.

The demand for electrical power in North Sulawesi and Gorontalo Provinces continues to increase every year due to population growth and rising industrial activity in both regions. As the electrical power system of North Sulawesi and Gorontalo, the Sulbagut electricity system must be able meet electricity demand. Therefore, proper planning of power transfer operations in the Sulbagut interconnection system is essential. This study evaluates the Available Transfer Capability (ATC) of the Sulbagut interconnection system using the Moth-Flame Optimization (MFO) algorithm. Based on the results, an additional power transfer of 3.19 MW can still be accommodated beyond the committed operation, while considering voltage constraint, thermal constraint, and contingency scenarios. Compared to the conventional RPF method, the MFO algorithm yields an ATC value that is 143.01% higher, demonstrating the better accuracy and effectiveness of the MFO algorithm in evaluating power transfer capability.
